Kapa had a dream. When asked what he dreamed, he said, "It's good that your intention to go to the lower realms hasn't changed." That monk was sentenced to a hundred 'cushions,' and after doing eighty-four, he died and was reborn in a monastery in upper Nepal. It is said that he was very powerful and proficient in mantras. Dharma Lord Karma Pakshi, in China, a person who had obtained the title of 'Mother of the Lama' but had no qualities of a lama, and who ate neither dead nor alive food, came to see the Dharma Lord. The Dharma Lord thought, 'This person has no capacity and is bound by the eight worldly concerns of fame and gain. He seems to be carrying a heavy burden of suffering.' So he said, "Listen to me, and you will be liberated." That person respectfully prostrated and requested the Dharma Lord to accept him with compassion. The Dharma Lord gave him many teachings and also taught him meditation, but the circumstances were not right. After that, the Dharma Lord had him make a hundred 'cushions' himself, and had others help him make another hundred, making a total of two hundred. It is said that he then became a powerful person who could guide those who were neither dead nor alive. Lama Zhang Rinpoche said, "That practitioner in the village of Maki (place name) likes to talk. One moment he says he sees gods, the next he says he sees ghosts. He doesn't remember death for even a moment and is always doing things for this life. It seems he is going to fall into the lower realms." When the practitioner heard this, he suffered as much as a fish thrown onto the beach. He asked the lama and made thirty-eight 'cushions.' He also offered tea and food to some lamas, and as a result, he was reborn in the Eastern Pure Land of Manifest Joy. Again, a person was guarding 'one cushion,' and because of fasting, he was on the verge of death. A woman gave him wine to drink, and everyone said that wine was a serious offense and should be punished. When the Buddha heard this, he said, "Although wine is a serious offense, this time it is a support for practicing the Dharma, so the offense is small." Bhikshuni Palmo said, "The so-called 'one cushion' means sitting on one cushion and doing prostrations and circumambulations. Apart from regular meals, abstain from untimely food. Apart from single-pointed concentration, abandon doubt and hesitation. Practicing 'one cushion' in this state is more joyful than enjoying the entire Jambudvipa filled with seven kinds of jewels." For this Dharma, how many people strive to do it, that many favorable conditions will arise, and how many people help, people will be able to repay the kindness of their parents, attain liberation, become wealthy, increase their wealth, and receive help from gods and demons.

May your wishes be fulfilled, may you be free from illness, may you not die prematurely, may people, wealth, and food increase threefold, may your aspirations be accomplished according to Dharma, may you connect with all those who have a connection, may your mind be integrated with Dharma, may your obscurations be purified, may the two accumulations be perfected, and may the practice of circumambulating sacred places such as Tsari be even more joyful. Ultimately, may you attain the fruit of an Arhat. It is crucial to consider obtaining these fifteen qualities. Lord Atisha Palden said, "If the mind is good, everything one does appears as Dharma." He also said, "If one knows how to confess, even if one has committed the five heinous crimes, they can be purified." He also said, "If one knows how to dedicate merit, even if one dedicates it to the deceased, they will receive it." In general, he said, "If a person with a good heart practices Dharma, all beings will be liberated." He also said, "If an evil person commits evil deeds, everyone who hears about it will go to the lower realms." Therefore, it depends on one's intention and motivation. Therefore, intention is very important. When Lama Zla-ba rGyal-mtshan and his attendant were invited to the village of O-rgyan, a woman said, "Please stay here for a moment." Then she went inside, hoping to help a sick woman. So they were invited inside, and she offered them abundant hospitality. The woman was lying in bed with disheveled hair and unable to look up. After the Lama blessed her, he said, "Illness is the result of negative actions from the past. Please be patient." Then he taught the Dharma, dedicated the merit, and made aspirations. The woman developed devotion and faith, and with tears filling her face, she said, "Lama, not only do I have past karma, but I have also committed countless sins in this life. Please allow me to confess." The Lama said, "Please confess all the sins you have committed in this life, naming them one by one." The woman said, "I was born in this place. I married a merchant and had a son who was seven years old at the time. Later, the merchant went to Nepal for business. He did not return for three years, and because of poverty, I was controlled by others. I had an affair with another man and killed my own son. All the property was also squandered. Because of this, I also killed the Lama who was being offered to. Later, I heard that the merchant was coming back. The merchant's son asked me, 'If my father comes back, what will happen to you?' What should I
