第二，願顯現為大悲尊。願我以善行，迅速成就觀世音菩薩。願一切眾生無一遺漏，皆安置於彼之境地。行持禁食齋戒於鳥鳴月（藏曆四月）和神變月（藏曆正月），乃是功德增長億倍之月，故為殊勝。於白淨之日及齋戒之時，每日念誦三次。對此，早上一次受持齋戒律儀即可。從初一至十五之間守持。十六日捨棄齋戒律儀，除此之外念誦一次。如是十五日內，進行三次儀軌，念誦陀羅尼，即圓滿十一面觀音之近修。十一面觀音陀羅尼之利益，觀世音菩薩親口宣說，僅僅念誦一遍，便能淨化並清淨四根本墮罪。所有五無間罪亦將無餘清淨。如是依教奉行，更何況多言。此乃於無數億萬佛前積累善根之因，更何況念誦和修持，所有願望皆如意圓滿。若有人為我之故，於十四或十五日守持齋戒，則能摧毀四萬劫之輪迴。若清晨早起念誦一百零八遍，則於此生便能圓滿具足十種功德。何為十種？即不會罹患麻瘋病，且為一切如來所攝受，不被障礙，能獲得財物、糧食和資具，所有敵人皆被降伏且和睦相處，於國王集會中能坦誠直言，身體不為毒所侵，不為瘟疫所侵，不為武器所侵，不會於水中溺斃，不會為毒所害，不會非時而死。此外，亦將圓滿具足四種功德，即臨終之時得見如來，不會墮入惡趣，不會於未捨棄怖畏之時而死亡。

Secondly, may it be clear as the Great Compassionate One. May I quickly attain the power of Avalokiteśvara through the merit of this. May all beings, without exception, be placed on that ground. The month of the crow's cry (the fourth month of the Tibetan calendar) and the month of miracles (the first month of the Tibetan calendar) are excellent because they are months of a hundred millionfold increase. During the white fortnight and times of fasting, recite three times each day. For this, one morning of taking vows is sufficient. Observe from the first to the fifteenth. On the sixteenth day, abandon the vows, otherwise recite once. Thus, in fifteen days, performing the ritual three times each and reciting the dharani completes the retreat of the Eleven-Faced One. The benefits of the Eleven-Faced One's dharani, spoken by Avalokiteśvara himself, are that reciting it once purifies and cleanses the four root downfalls. All five inexpiable sins will also be completely purified. As it is said, what need is there to say more about diligently practicing as instructed? This is the cause of accumulating roots of virtue before countless billions of Buddhas, what need is there to say more about reciting and practicing, all wishes will be fulfilled as desired. If someone, for my sake, keeps a fast on the fourteenth or fifteenth day, they will destroy forty thousand kalpas of samsara. If one rises early in the morning and recites one hundred and eight times, one will fully possess ten qualities in this very life. What are the ten? That is, one will not suffer from leprosy, and one will be completely embraced by all the Tathagatas, one will not be obstructed, one will obtain wealth, grain, and resources, all enemies will be subdued and live in harmony, one will be able to speak frankly in the assembly of kings, the body will not be harmed by poison, will not be harmed by plague, will not be harmed by weapons, one will not die by drowning in water, one will not die by poison, and one will not die untimely. Furthermore, one will also fully possess four qualities, that is, at the time of death one will see the Tathagatas, one will not be born in the lower realms, and one will not die without abandoning fear.
