The fault of taking land without permission is that the benefit is small. Carry a white torma, the essence of various grains, and tsampa. I will give you a share of the merit from building many stupas. Therefore, with goodness and bodhicitta, please make this land auspicious! By saying this, the steadfast one and others are pleased, and by granting this land, the benefit of beings is accomplished. Having said this, the steadfast one dissolves into the earth, and the other earth lords scatter. Place a sandalwood phurba eight finger-widths long, the upper part being red Hayagriva, making the sound of a horse, holding a kartrika and skull cup, the lower part being a phurba blazing with flames, raise it and plant it in the ground, and even the malicious ones who do not listen even when tempted with tormas will flee.
