།ཚེ་འདས་སྐུ་ལ་མཆོད་པ་འབུལ། །སྐུ་ཡི་མཆོད་པ་བཞེས་སུ་གསོལ། །ཆོས་མས་ཆོས་འབྱུང་འཛིན་པ་འདི། །ཚེ་འདས་ཐུགས་ལ་མཆོད་པ་འབུལ། །ཐུགས་ཀྱི་མཆོད་པ་བཞེས་སུ་གསོལ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་ཕ་རོལ་སོང་བའི་ཚེ་འདས་ལ། །ཤུལ་དུ་མཆིས་པའི་ཉེ་དྲུང་བརྩེ་བ་ཡིས། །ཁྱོད་ལ་གཏད་པའི་ཟས་སྐོམ་འདི་བསྔོས་པས། །ཟས་ཀྱི་མཆོག་ནི་འབྲས་དཀར་སཱ་ལུ་ཡིན། །སྐོམ་གྱི་མཆོག་ནི་ཤངས་དཀར་རྩེ་མོ་ཡིན། །ཚེ་འདས་ཁྱོད་ལ་མི་ཟད་གཏེར་དུ་བསྔོ། །ཚེ་འདས་མི་ཟད་གཏེར་ལ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཤོག །ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་ཏྭ་ཧཱུཾ། ན་མོ་འཇིག་རྟེན་འདི་ནས་ཕ་རོལ་དུ་ཚེ་ལས་འདས་པ་འདི་ཉིད་ཀྱི། མིག་གི་ཡུལ་དུ་གཟུགས་མཛེས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །རྣ་བའི་ཡུལ་དུ་སྒྲ་སྙན་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །སྣ་ཡི་ཡུལ་དུ་དྲི་ཞིམ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །ལྕེ་ཡི་ཡུལ་དུ་རོ་མངར་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག །ལུས་ཀྱི་ཡུལ་དུ་རེག་བྱ་འཇམ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཡིད་ཀྱི་ཡུལ་དུ་བཟའ་བ་དང་བཏུང་བ་ལ་སོགས་ པའི་འདོད་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ལྔ་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པའི་སྒོ་ནས་རྟེན་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་མཆོད་པའི་སྐལ་བ་དོམ་པ་ལ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མགོན་པོ་མི་འཁྲུགས་པ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མི་འཁྲུགས་པའི་སྙིང་པོ་སོགས་བརྗོད་དོ།། །། ༧ ཁམས་སྟོད་ནང་ཆེན་འབང་སྒང་བཟོ་རིག་གནས་མདོ་གསང་སྔགས་ཆོས་འཕེལ་གླིང་དཔེ་རྙིང་ཉམས་གསོ་ཁང་གིས་བསྒྲིགས་ཏེ་པར་བསྐྲུན་ཞུས།། ཡི་དམ་སྤྱི་ཡི་བྱང་ཆོག་ཤི་ཤོག་གསོན་ཤོག་གང་བྱེད་ཀྱང་འབྲེལ་ཚད་དོན་ལྡན་བདེ་ཆེན་ཞིང་གི་ལམ་བཟང་།

向已逝者之身供奉祭品，祈请享用此身之祭品。以法女所持之法源，向已逝者之心供奉祭品，祈请享用此心之祭品。对于前往来世的已逝者，留存于世的亲近之人以爱意，将献给您的食物饮料供养，食物中的上品是白米稻谷，饮料中的上品是白色的鲜奶。将这无尽的宝藏献给已逝的您，愿已逝者享用这无尽的宝藏。嗡 班匝 萨埵 吽 (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་ཏྭ་ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：ओँ वज्र सत्त्व हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra sattva hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，萨埵，吽)。顶礼，愿从此世前往他世的亡者，于眼之所见，显现美丽之形；于耳之所闻，显现悦耳之声；于鼻之所嗅，显现芬芳之气；于舌之所尝，显现甘甜之味；于身之所触，显现柔滑之感；于意之所想，对于食物和饮料等五种圆满的欲望功德，凭借供养三宝的福分而享用。顶礼薄伽梵怙主不动佛。 念诵不动佛心咒等。 此书由康区（康，藏文：ཁམས།）上部囊谦（囊谦，藏文：ནང་ཆེན།）（今青海玉树囊谦县）昂冈（昂冈，藏文：འབང་སྒང་།）工艺文化显密正法洲古籍修复室编辑出版。 无论是本尊总的超度仪轨，还是亡者超度仪轨或生者仪轨，凡结缘者皆具意义，是通往极乐净土的殊胜之路。

Offerings to the body of the deceased. Please accept the offerings for the body. This Dharma source held by the Dharma woman, offers to the mind of the deceased. Please accept the offerings for the mind. To the deceased who has gone to the next world, the close ones who remain behind, with love, dedicate these foods and drinks entrusted to you. The best of foods is white rice, the best of drinks is white fresh milk. Dedicate this inexhaustible treasure to you, the deceased. May the deceased enjoy this inexhaustible treasure. Homage, may the deceased who has passed away from this world to the other, in the realm of the eye, appear beautiful forms; in the realm of the ear, appear pleasant sounds; in the realm of the nose, appear fragrant smells; in the realm of the tongue, appear sweet tastes; in the realm of the body, appear smooth sensations; in the realm of the mind, for food and drink and so on, the five perfect qualities of desire, through the merit of offering to the Three Jewels, may they be enjoyed.
