I prostrate. I prostrate to the holy assembly of a thousand Buddhas, the great teacher, the king. The names are different, but the meaning is the same. om hīpadma nirtiśvara hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཧཱིཔདྨ་ནིརྟི་ཤྭ་ར་ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ hīpadma nirtiśvara hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 唏 莲花 定自在 吽). Recite seven times, and oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 嘛呢 莲花 吽) recite once, it is equivalent to reciting the six-syllable mantra three hundred million times. This is said in the Cintamani Chakra Avalokiteśvara Tantra. Recite seven times and bless the torma and torma water, then enjoyment and accomplishment will arise. Other scriptures say that one will not be reborn as a hungry ghost, this is said in the Vinaya Pitaka, said by Lord Atiśa. Recite this once and prostrate, it will become a hundred thousand. om padmo utthiṣa bhimale hūṃ phaṭ (藏文：ཨོ་པདྨོ་ཨུཊྛི་ཥ་བྷི་མ་ལེ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ padmo utthiṣa bhimale hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡 莲花 奋起 遍净 吽 啪). Recite this seven times on a conch shell and blow it, those who hear the sound will be reborn in the heavens. Birds, wild animals, all livestock, etc., sentient beings giving and those with discipline, etc., who hear it, will not regress, attain enlightenment, and be reborn in Sukhavati, this is extensively said in the Meaningful Net Tantra. Recite the mantra seven times on sandalwood, and burn it among many people, all sentient beings who smell the fragrance will perfect the Buddha's body. If one recites it once with the intention of wanting all sentient beings to attain Buddhahood, then no sentient being will be reborn in the three lower realms. The hells of sentient beings, or the animal realm, or the realm of hungry ghosts, etc., will not exist. Therefore, one will possess great roots of virtue. Reciting it twice will pacify all diseases. Reciting it three times will destroy all poisons, smallpox, sores, swellings, athlete's foot, leprosy, scabies, etc.

Therefore, for the benefit of all sentient beings, without saying anything else, remember it seven times. Thus it is said in the tantra. THLÎM. This single-syllable mantra of Manjushri: reciting it once protects oneself; twice, it becomes great protection; three times, it protects the household; four times, it protects the village; five times, it protects the city; six times, it protects the army. Chanting over salt benefits indigestion and consumption. Chanting one hundred and eight times over water in a vase and washing with it restores fertility to women who do not bear children. Striking with the mantra removes all illnesses. Entering battle while remembering the mantra brings victory in battle. Thus it is said in the "Tantra of the Accomplished Hero".
