་ཐུབ་ཚུར་ཐུབ་བྱས། །སེམས་དཔའ་རང་བྱུང་རྡོ་རྗེ་བསྙུང་བའི་ཚེ། །རང་རེར་ངན་སྔགས་མཐུ་གཏད་བྱེད་མཁན་འདུག །སྲུང་ཟློག་གྱིས་གསུངས་ཞྭ་དམར་གྲགས་སེང་བས། །གཤིན་རྗེ་ཁ་ཐུན་སྒོ་ནས་ཟློག་པ་མཛད། །མཐུ་བྱེད་མཁན་གྱི་གྲོང་ལ་དམར་བཤལ་འབྱམས། །ཕུག་པ་བརྡིབས་ནས་མཐུ་སྒྲུབ་མཁན་དགུ་ཤི །རང་བྱུང་རྒྱལ་བའི་བསྙུང་གཞི་དྭངས་པར་གྱུར། །དེ་ཕྱིར་ས་ལམ་མཐོན་པོའི་བླ་མ་ལའང་། །སློབ་བུ་མཆེད་གྲོགས་བརྩེ་གདུང་ཅན་ཡོད་ན། །སྲུང་ཟློག་དམིགས་རིམ་ཟབ་ན་ཕྱག་ཕྱི་ཚེ། །དེ་ཡང་དྲག་སྔགས་སྒོ་ནས་མ་ཡིན་པར། །ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྷ་མོ་སྒྲོལ་དཀར་ཚེ་འཕེལ་མ། །དེ་ཡི་སྤྲུལ་པ་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཚེ་རིང་མ། །ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྷ་མོ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་བྱིན་རླབས་ཆེ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་ལྷ་མོ་རྣོ་མྱུར་ནུས་པར་ལྡན། །འདི་གཉིས་སྒོ་ནས་བླ་མ་མཆེད་གྲོགས་དང་། །རང་དང་བུ་སློབ་སྦྱིན་བདག་ལ་སོགས་པའི། །ཚེ་བསྲིང་དཔལ་བསྐྱེད་གདམས་ངག་ཟབ་མོ་འདིས། །གཞན་ལ་མི་ གནོད་རང་ལ་ཉེས་སྒྲིབ་མེད། །དམིགས་ཡུལ་བསྲུང་བྱ་ཀུན་ལ་ཕན་ཐོགས་ཆེ། །རང་བཟོ་མ་ཡིན་རྒྱུད་གཞུང་ཕུགས་ཆེ་ཞིང་། །བཤད་ཚོད་མ་ཡིན་ལག་ཏུ་ལེན་པར་བདེ། །ཡི་གེ་མཐོང་ཙམ་མ་ཡིན་ཉམས་མྱོང་ཡོད། །བདག་གི་རྒྱུན་གྱི་ཉམས་ལེན་ཟབ་མོ་འདི། །སྙིང་གི་བུ་མཆོག་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་ཁྱོད་ལ་གདམས། །མ་སྦས་མ་བསྐུང་འགྲོ་དོན་གང་ཆེ་མཛོད། །དེ་སྐད་རྣལ་འབྱོར་རཱ་ག་ཨ་སྱ་ཡིས། །རྟ་ལོ་ཁྲུམས་ཀྱི་ཟླ་བའི་ཉི་ཤུ་བརྒྱད། །བླ་མའི་དུས་མཆོད་སྐབས་ཀྱི་སྔ་དྲོའི་ཐུན། །ཇི་ལྟར་སྨྲས་བཞིན་ཞུ་བ་པོ་དེས་བྲིས། །སྦ་འོས་གསལ་བཀོད་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཌཱ་ཀིར་བཤགས། །དགེ་བས་བསྟན་པའི་བདག་དང་བསྟན་འཛིན་གྱི། །སྐྱེས་ཆེན་དམ་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཞབས་བརྟན་ཅིང་། །བར་ཆད་ཀུན་ཞི་ཕྲིན་ལས་མཐའ་རྒྱས་ཤོག །ལེའུ་བཅོ་བརྒྱད་པའོ་མངྒ་ལཾ།། །། ལེའུ་བཅོ་བརྒྱད་པ། བླ་མ་མཆེད་གྲོགས་སྦྱིན་བདག་ཚེ་བསྲིང་ཕྱིར། །ཚེ་དཔལ་བསྐྱེད་པ་ཚེ་གཡང་ཁ་སྤྲོད་ཡོད།

能挡则挡，能退则退。当心巴·让炯多吉生病时，有人对我们做了恶咒和诅咒。夏玛·扎桑说要做防护和遣除，于是从阎罗王的口中遣除了。对作法者的村庄进行了血洗，洞穴倒塌，九个作法者死亡，让炯嘉瓦的疾病得以痊愈。因此，对于地位崇高的上师，如果有关爱和悲悯的弟子和道友，如果防护和遣除的观修次第很深，那么侍奉时，也不要通过猛咒的方式，而是通过智慧天女度母、增寿母，以及她的化身扎西次仁玛，智慧天女的慈悲加持巨大，世间天女敏锐而有力量。通过这两位天女，为了上师、道友，以及自己和弟子、施主等，这个延续寿命、增长福报的甚深窍诀，不损害他人，自己也没有罪过和障碍，对所缘的守护对象都有很大的利益。这不是自己编造的，而是传承和教典的精髓，不是随便说说，而是容易上手实践的，不是只看文字，而是有经验的。我恒常修持的这个甚深修法，传授给你这个心之殊胜的儿子，精进者。不要隐瞒，不要吝啬，尽力成办利益。如是瑜伽士Ra Ga A Syas，在马年仲月的二十八日，上师的节日供养之际的早晨，如其所说，由祈请者书写。应隐藏的都向世间空行母忏悔。愿以此善根，使教法的拥有者和持教者的伟大圣者们的足莲永固，一切障碍平息，事业广大圆满。第十八章吉祥圆满。 第十八章。为了上师、道友、施主延续寿命，增长寿命和福报，迎请寿命福运。

Blocking what can be blocked, repelling what can be repelled. When Situ Rangjung Dorje fell ill, someone had cast evil spells and curses upon us. Zhamar Drak Seng said to perform protection and repulsion, and thus repelled it from the mouth of Yama, the Lord of Death. The village of the spell-caster was washed in blood, the cave collapsed, and nine spell-casters died, curing Rangjung Gyalwa's illness. Therefore, for a high-ranking lama, if there are disciples and Dharma friends with love and compassion, if the practice sequence of protection and repulsion is deep, then when serving, do not do it through fierce mantras, but through the wisdom goddess Tara, the life-increasing mother, and her emanation Tashi Tseringma. The wisdom goddess's compassion and blessings are great, and the worldly goddess is sharp and powerful. Through these two goddesses, for the sake of the lama, Dharma friends, as well as oneself, disciples, patrons, etc., this profound instruction on prolonging life and increasing prosperity does not harm others, and one has no faults or obstacles, and it greatly benefits all objects of protection. This is not something I made up, but the essence of the lineage and scriptures. It is not just talk, but easy to practice. It is not just seeing the words, but having experience. This profound practice that I constantly practice, I impart to you, the excellent son of my heart, the diligent one. Do not hide it, do not be stingy, and accomplish as much benefit as possible. Thus, the yogi Ra Ga Asya, on the twenty-eighth day of the middle month of the Horse year, in the morning during the Guru's festival offering, as he said, was written by the petitioner. What should be hidden is confessed to the worldly dakinis. May this virtue ensure the steadfastness of the feet of the great holy beings, the holders of the teachings and the possessors of the teachings, may all obstacles be pacified, and may their activities be vast and perfect.
