The peaks of great mountains, the center of vast plains, and the borders between mountains and plains are all places where the earth's energy is exhausted, and are inauspicious. Especially for the land analysis of practice places, the color of the land is white, and white Sur flowers grow. The sky is round and the land is smooth. There, all peaceful activities will succeed. Forests, flowers, and vast gardens flourish, and the rocks and mounds are all in the shape of jewels. There, all enriching activities will succeed. The color of the rocks and land is mostly red, and cedar, red willow, and juniper grow. Caves and small plains are crescent-shaped. A great river flows from the west. There, all subjugating activities will succeed. The confluence of three valleys and the confluence of three rivers, the land is triangular and thorns grow. Black rocks and red rocks take on angry shapes. There, all wrathful activities will succeed. Houses, cemeteries, and practice places, etc., if there are fierce springs nearby, and malicious gods and ghosts reside, even if the land analysis is good, nine misfortunes will occur. 如果规模宏大就能成办，要懂得这两者的差别。特别是适合修行隐居的地方，背后有像禅修者一样的大山，前面有像结跏趺坐一样的平地最好。神山是累积神灵力量的地方，不要在山顶上建造房屋，因为有些地方神灵会接受，有些地方则不会。因此，不要在山顶建造。在山顶稍微偏僻的地方，没有地敌且地力旺盛，在那里建造没有过失。可以进行曼荼罗供养。这些是外部的风水。接下来是内部的风水：门要朝东开，门槛是东方的白色老虎。水渠要放在南方，是南方的蓝色玉龙。灶台要朝西，是西方的红色鸟。自己的床要朝北，是北方的乌龟。中间的柱子是中央的金桥，这样房屋的四方守护就齐全了。如果建造两层楼的房屋，要避免横梁像黑蛇一样连接腹部。即使盖小房子，也要避免单柱像风轮一样。墙角和横梁的端头，以及横梁的下方，都不要用来睡觉。倾斜面不要朝外。房屋内部明亮，财产就不会减少。房屋内部的孔洞要黑暗。门槛后面的地要高，里面像漏斗一样最好。门槛里面的台阶，向下太大则会损害寿命。门的左右上方等处，如果堆放过多的杂物，据说大多会被恶鬼占据。即使建造了精美的鸟座，如果将弓箭等物品散放在上面，敌神和亲神都会聚集。这些是世俗百姓的住宅。接下来是隐居修行的地方。门楣上方不要插箭。东南方是火神的位置，要设置灶台。西南方是罗刹的位置，要设置护法殿。西方是龙族居住的地方，可以拴牲畜。西北方是风神居住的地方，可以转风车，晾晒衣服。北方是夜叉居住的地方，可以放置食物、茶、酥油、粮食等。东北方是自在天神居住的地方，可以设置床铺和坐垫。不要把枕头放在山谷的尽头，那个方向如果有上师居住，或者前面有三宝所依，也可以。不要用鞋子和木盆当枕头，睡觉时腰部不要被横梁阻断。一般来说，隐居房屋的大小，最好是四方形的，大约一丈见方。墙壁的高度要达到善逝的高度，十二

Especially for a secluded place for practice, it is best to have a mountain behind it like a meditator, and a flat area in front like a cross-legged posture. A sacred mountain is a place where the power of gods accumulates. Do not build houses on the top of the mountain, because some places the gods will accept, and some places they will not. Therefore, do not build on the top. In a slightly remote place on the top of the mountain, where there are no enemies and the land is fertile, there is no fault in building there. You can perform mandala offerings. These are the external feng shui. Next is the internal feng shui: the door should face east, the door sill is the white tiger of the east. The water channel should be placed in the south, which is the blue jade dragon of the south. The stove should face west, which is the red bird of the west. Your own bed should face north, which is the turtle of the north. The middle pillar is the golden bridge of the center, so that the four guardians of the house are complete. If building a two-story house, avoid the beams connecting the abdomen like a black snake. Even if building a small house, avoid a single pillar like a wind wheel. The corners of the walls and the ends of the beams, as well as under the beams, should not be used for sleeping. The sloping side should not face outwards. If the inside of the house is bright, property will not decrease. The holes inside the house should be dark. The ground behind the door sill should be high, and it is best if it is like a funnel inside. If the steps inside the door sill are too large downwards, it will harm life. If too many miscellaneous items are piled up on the left, right, and above the door, it is said that most of them will be occupied by evil spirits. Even if a beautiful bird seat is built, if bows and arrows are scattered on it, enemy gods and friendly gods will gather. These are the dwellings of ordinary people. Next is the place for secluded practice. Do not insert arrows above the lintel. The southeast is the location of the fire god, so set up the stove there. The southwest is the location of the Rakshasa, so set up the protector's shrine there. The west is where the Nagas reside, so tie up livestock there. The northwest is where the wind god resides, so spin the wind wheel and hang clothes there. The north is where the Yakshas reside, so place food, tea, butter, grain, etc. The northeast is where the powerful deity resides, so set up the bed and seat there. Do not put the pillow at the end of the valley. If a lama resides in that direction, or if there are the Three Jewels in front, it is also acceptable. Do not use shoes and wooden basins as pillows, and do not let the waist be cut off by the beam when sleeping. Generally, the size of a secluded house is best to be square, about one fathom in size. The height of the walls should reach the height of the Sugata, twelve.
