Gather the happiness and enjoyment of sentient beings in the three realms. Let fame and reputation spread like the wind. For us yogis and our retinue, Subdue the enemies and obstacles that lead astray. For the general Buddhist teachings and doctrines, And the enemies of the guru's body, Kill the personal enemies of the yogi me. Subdue the enemies of the teachings, both general and personal. Protect the monastic college and the Dharma wheel, Liberate those bound by others. Avert curses, spells, and hexes. Liberate those who are suppressed and bound. Protect day and night, And protect at all times. Whatever activities are undertaken, May they be prosperous, victorious, and increasing, Wherever you go and wherever you stay, Be welcoming, supportive, and helpful. Please protect my guests. The specific offerings arranged here are: offering water, flowers, incense, lamps, scented water, food, and offerings of musical instruments. Forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and textures, rakta (Tibetan: རཀྟ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रक्त, Sanskrit Romanization: rakta, Chinese literal meaning: blood), torma, amrita (Tibetan: ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अमृत, Sanskrit Romanization: amrita, Chinese literal meaning: immortality), a pleasing and adorned mandala, a feast gathering, and a large incense offering. The three white substances, the three sweet substances, nectar medicine, and the fulfillment of vows with sheep fat incense. Because it is an outer offering, offer various fulfilling offerings. In order to be inseparable and constantly accompany, offer a continuous stream of torma offerings. In order to mix fierce vows, offer the nectar medicine offering. In order to constantly entrust activities, offer the pure triangular torma offering.
