Here, the Torma Empowerment of the Goddess is based on the tradition of Sangye Yelpa, removing obscurations and confusion. I pray that Machig grants it with compassion and blesses it. On the base of the mandala, spread a three-cubit-long black silk cloth, on which place piles of grain, arrange nine deities, and then place a table on top, offering a three-sided Torma of the Goddess that is not too long, marked with a sword, khatvanga, and the syllable Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), decorated with butter. The Torma is painted with black paint. If available, erect a black silk umbrella at the top, and around it, arrange the five medicines and rakta, etc., as completely as possible according to the usual manner. Also arrange one good red Torma. If conditions permit, arrange as many Tsog offerings as possible. If there is a Phuk Torma, then make offerings. If not, then focus on making offerings to the lower part of the Goddess. If you meditate on any of the Yidam Four Seats, such as Chakrasamvara, Vajrapani, or Hayagriva, it will have a great connection, so it is good. Alternatively, if the self-generation of any Yidam has been done beforehand, that is also sufficient. From the realization of the Goddess to the praise, follow the Torma ritual, increasing or decreasing according to the situation. Recite the mantra of the deity no less than one hundred and eight times. If there are many monks, then recite the mantra loudly thousands of times. Then, gather the disciples. Offer bath water and flowers. If it has not been done before, then cast out the demon Torma. According to the situation, meditate on the boundary and protection wheel, which can be increased or decreased. Now, I will rely on the empowerment Torma of Machig Glorious Goddess Dudsolma to completely bestow it upon you all. First, I will briefly tell you a bit of the history. The essence of this Goddess comes from the tantra of burning flames, which says: In the Dharmadhatu of Dharmadhatu, the non-dual emptiness Dharmakaya is the pure five wisdoms. The signs of the emanation are empty. The tantra says that in the past, countless eons ago, she directly saw the Buddhas of the three times. She attained the state of unsurpassed enlightenment. In this lotus realm, she manifested as the form of a Goddess. She diligently works for the benefit of beings. Therefore, this Goddess has become a Buddha since countless eons ago, but the manifestations of the emanation are limitless." } ] ============================================================

Therefore, acting for the benefit of sentient beings, each emanation has its own lineage and history of tantric texts. All of these are manifestations of magical power, so the history of the tantric texts is not all about contradictions and impure differences in truth. Therefore, the oral transmission of the great accomplished Naropa, in the history known as the "Little Son," this glorious goddess is the goddess Uma, born from the eyebrow center of Vajrapani, as well as the mother of Brahma, the glorious radiant mother, and the mother of Ishvara, the Desire Realm自在母, and the mother of Indra, the goddess自在母, and the mother of the Asuras, the goddess Fire-Burning Lake Mother, and the four goddesses of the four directions of Hevajra, such as Yama's Gori, although the essence is the same, the emanations and forms are said to be different. Master Padmasambhava said: outwardly, Ekajati, inwardly, Remati, secretly, the Black Mother of Life-Taking, and most secretly, Samantabhadri, are all of the same essence. This Desire Realm Mother is the one mentioned in the Sa-gur and Gyud-gur, and in praise, the essence is one. The eight-legged one is self-born. It is the same essence as the Self-Born Queen. The mule-riding and donkey-riding forms, although appearing as master and servant, the principle of the same essence is explained in the tantras. In the teachings of Sangye Yelpa, the great accomplished Birwapa met the Selfless Mother and was granted empowerment, attaining the sixth bhumi. It is said that the Selfless Mother is this goddess. Similarly, in the treatise composed by the Indian accomplished master Ocean-Born Vajra, it is said: outwardly, Saraswati is practiced, inwardly, Vajravarahi is practiced, and secretly, this goddess is practiced. Most of the wise and accomplished masters of India and Tibet believe that Saraswati, mentioned in the Sutra of Golden Light, and the goddess Shri Devi have the same meaning. So, what is all this about? In the tantra of the ancient Nyingma goddess, it is said: From the invisible realm of space, the glorious goddess Remati, one body has a thousand emanations, and each emanation has a hundred thousand attendants. The body is meditated upon separately, the mantra is recited separately, and the name is invoked separately. No matter how it is done, the essence is one. No matter how it is practiced, accomplishments will arise. Thus, there are one thousand and eight goddesses who are emanations of the same essence.
