Saying, "Enemy-protecting deities, can you bear the prostrations and circumambulations of the Three Jewels?", visualize the deities fleeing to a distant place. Then arrange two wheels in the center of the mandala. Arrange offering tormas, visualize the two chakras as two great black ones, invite, offer, praise, offer tormas, entrust the activity, and bless mustard seeds and black kīlas with the lower body being a kīla. Hrihndha Hum Phat. Having recited this, place the wheel in a skull or iron vessel, and place it in front of a statue or near a torma. If performing sorcery, put it in a black triangular bag and carry it on your body. It is also acceptable to recite what is written on the linga. If you practice like this for seven days, it is said that you will definitely subdue the enemy. If you practice regularly, carry the bag until external signs appear, and perform the mantra and visualization, and also make requests. Also, regarding the act of suppression: put a dough linga into the wheel and knead it, bind it with a corpse rope, put it in the skull of a bear or black dog, and bind it with red and black ropes. The skull should be black inside, have moles, or be a bad skull. Mix charcoal from the charnel ground, the heart blood of a black dog, and ink from the charnel ground, and draw two wheel body images. Put the dog skull and bear skull inside, joining the two together. Smear three hot substances on the outside. Bind it crosswise with knife sounds, and recite the binding mantra above. Then, insert it into a black stupa and suppress it in the charnel ground's hearth, and they will die from a fever disease. If suppressed in an old water pit, they will die from blocked channels. If hidden in an empty charnel ground house, the dakinis will gather for a tsokhor, and they will vomit blood and die. If suppressed under the threshold of a stupa or temple, they will become inarticulate, blind, half-withered, and die. Also, if you make a small hole in the center of the two wheels and spin it in the wind, it will also appear very good, and you should understand the key to that. These practices rely on the wheel, end of section. The fierce fire offering is like the general ritual, but in the heart mantra, add enemy, obstacle, Maraya, end of section. The secret fire offering instruction is to make a stove one cubit high from clay, smear sesame oil and burn it, thorns.
