享用血肉骨髓， 将意识转移到莲花之中。 在年月时日未过之前， 迅速成就所托之事。 特别是迅速敏捷的使者， 是门巴黑人，不驯服。 右手持弯刀，斩断敌命， 左手牵引引发旱灾的红色。 向敌人降下各种恶兆， 黑夜时分，乌鸦之面。 铁的身躯，铜爪。 右手将疾病之袋投向敌人， 左手挥舞黑色旗帜。 让憎恨的仇敌得到应有的惩罚， 享用这红色的朵玛， 迅速成就所托之事。 如是举朵玛。 后续仪轨如常进行。 观想护法及其眷属，斩断并带走一切作害的恶毒者，前往南方。 念诵：嗡 玛哈嘎拉 穆。 即使不将护法作为本尊进行修持， 仅仅持续供奉朵玛，并念诵心咒，也能产生加持，许多人如此深信。 此文于本人三十五岁时，在猴年（藏历）二月的十七日，吉祥成就之日写成。 此为阿惹嘎所作。 康区上部囊谦（囊谦县）昂冈工巧文化显密法增洲寺古籍修复室整理出版。 上师怙主无别之仪轨简略合集，如意宝生王。

Enjoy flesh, bones, and blood, Transfer consciousness into the lotus. Before years, months, days, and hours pass, Swiftly accomplish the entrusted task. Especially the swift and quick messenger, Is the black Monpa, untamed. With the right hand, a curved knife cuts off the enemy's life, With the left hand, leads the red one who brings drought. Inflict various ill omens upon the enemy, Dark night, raven's face. Iron body, copper claws. With the right hand, throw the disease bag at the enemy, With the left hand, wave the black banner. Let the hateful enemy receive due punishment, Accept this red torma, Swiftly accomplish the entrusted task. Thus, raise the torma. Subsequent rituals should be performed as usual. Visualize the Dharma Protector and retinue, cutting off and carrying away all harmful and malicious beings, proceeding to the south. Recite: Om Mahaakala Mu. Even without taking the Dharma Protector as a personal deity for practice, Merely continuously offering tormas and reciting the essence mantra will generate blessings, as many have deeply believed. This was written by myself at the age of thirty-five, on the seventeenth day of the second month of the Monkey year (Tibetan calendar), on an auspicious day of accomplishment.
