Blessing oneself and all sentient beings. From the mouth, with the sounds of "ara li" and "pho". Cutting off the obstacles to the accomplishment of enlightenment. And the glory of the bodies of all sentient beings. The gathered light dissolves into one's own forehead. From that garland of mantras, rays of light emanate in ten directions, The blessings and accomplishments of the body, speech, and mind of the guru, yidam, Buddha, and Bodhisattvas, And all the merit of the mind-streams of all sentient beings, Are involuntarily gathered into the garland of mantras. Dissolving into the garland of mantras, and the garland of mantras dissolving into me, All the qualities of samsara and nirvana dissolve into me.
