哦，不需要，做一次自生本尊法。像之前一样观想，念诵咒语。最后稍微做一下四种事业的咒语观想。然后供养食子，结束一座，睡觉。像这样日夜不间断地做两座。持续数月之久。不计算月份和天数，只计算咒语的数量。如果完成十万等数量，就完成了外修的基础。这被称为渐次菩提修法。即使不在一个地方，无论去哪里都可以修。如果不能做到那样，那就做日常的修行：日夜任何时候都可以做一次自生本尊法。因为是本尊，所以没有中断的可能。同样，供养食子一次也不能中断。除此之外，在行走坐卧的一切行为中，尽力观想上述的观想内容。可以念诵咒语，这是从《胜乐轮续》中说的。睡觉前结束一座，做回向和发愿非常重要。咒语也可以念诵续部的密意六字真言（藏文：ཡི་གེ་དྲུག，梵文天城体：षडक्षरी，梵文罗马拟音：ṣaḍakṣarī，汉语字面意思：六字）。或者按照汉传佛教的密意，念诵十字真言，都可以。如果想要快速获得验相和加持，就念诵长而深的咒语。像这样，按照外修的方式修持九尊佛。续部的密意和汉传佛教的仪轨都保持不变。虽然这些在其他的书籍中也有明确的说明。但是为了利益智慧浅薄的人，所以进行了总结。如果有任何不符或者错误的地方，向诸佛忏悔。愿以此功德，圆满上师的意愿。愿以祈请者为首的所有相关之人。今生能够成就大悲，来世能够往生极乐净土。应具足善巧方便的两人之请。为了圆满持明转世者的意愿。在羊年萨嘎月（藏历，四月）的初六。殊胜化身转法轮之时。在星宿国王降临的清晨。如Ra Ga A Sy所说的那样。莲花圆满记录成文。吉祥！吉祥！此经卷的建造，以及受持和读诵的功德力。我等师兄弟二人眷属，以及生活供养的施主们。今生吉祥长寿。具足安乐幸福。一旦从此地去世。为了往生极乐世界而回向。这是阿Ra噶所说。康区上部囊谦（今青海玉树囊谦县）昂冈工巧文化显密经续法轮兴盛寺古籍修复室整理印刷。

Oh, no need, perform the self-generation once. As before, contemplate the visualizations and recite the mantras. At the end, briefly visualize the mantras of the four actions. Then, offer the torma, conclude the session, and sleep. Like this, do two sessions day and night without interruption. Continue for many months. Do not count the months and days, only count the number of mantras. If you complete a hundred thousand or so, you have completed the foundation of the outer practice. This is called the gradual Bodhi practice. Even if not in one place, you can practice wherever you go. If you cannot do that, then do the daily practice: you can do the self-generation once at any time of day or night. Because it is the deity, there is no possibility of interruption. Similarly, do not interrupt the torma offering even once. Apart from that, in all activities of walking, sitting, and standing, contemplate the above visualizations as much as possible. It is permissible to recite mantras, as stated in the Hevajra Tantra. It is very important to conclude the session before sleeping, and to make dedications and aspirations. As for the mantra, you can recite the six-syllable mantra (藏文：ཡི་གེ་དྲུག，梵文天城体：षडक्षरी，梵文罗马拟音：ṣaḍakṣarī，汉语字面意思：six syllables) which is the intent of the tantra. Or, according to the intent of Chinese Buddhism, you can recite the ten-syllable mantra, whichever you prefer. If you want to quickly obtain signs and blessings, recite a long and profound mantra. Like this, practice the nine deities according to the outer practice. The intent of the tantra and the rituals of Chinese Buddhism are kept unchanged. Although these are clearly explained in other books. However, for the benefit of those with little wisdom, it has been summarized. If there are any inconsistencies or errors, I confess to the Buddhas. May this merit fulfill the wishes of the Guru. May all those connected, especially the petitioner. Achieve great compassion in this life, and be reborn in the Sukhavati Pure Land in the next life. At the request of the two who possess skillful means. With the aim of fulfilling the wishes of the Vidyadhara incarnate. On the sixth day of the waxing moon of the Saga month (Tibetan calendar, April) in the Sheep year. The merit of constructing this scripture, and of upholding and reading it. May we, the two brothers and our retinue, and the patrons who provide for our livelihood. Have auspiciousness and longevity in this life. Be complete with happiness and well-being. And as soon as we pass away from here. May we be dedicated to be born in Sukhavati.
