難以獲得啊！用紅蓮花蕊和，新雌馬新雄馬的毛和，優良品種的潔淨物混合，從蓮花中提取菩提心二者，妙齡女子的精血和，良田、蔓菁、嫩蘆芽，樺樹皮、犛牛膽、輪等等，如果緣起物不齊全，就像琴弦斷裂的琵琶，說不會成就意義之果。因此這是殊勝成就法，殊勝成就法有方便道和解脫道二者，方便道是脈、氣、明點，修脈氣的人，如果故意使菩提心失壞，脈處的百萬空行母，會降下懲罰和詛咒，修脈氣的加持會消失，觸犯密咒根本墮罪，進入破誓者的行列。不修脈氣，修生起次第的人，即使失壞過患也不那麼大，說不會觸犯脈墮。即使能守護不失壞菩提心，脈氣的障礙多，利益少過患大，命氣生起或誓言失壞，據說會變成痲瘋和水腫。因此這裡沒有安立脈氣，生起次第觀修本尊、念誦咒語和，圓滿次第守護自性，利益大過患小修持容易，因此按那個方式安立。請不要認為正文內容不完整，此嘉瓦嘉措（རྒྱལ་བ་རྒྱ་མཚོ། ）的修法，是空行母海的心髓，是所有成就的寶藏，是蓮花生大士的口訣，是四續部的共同修法，殊勝和共同的一切成就，是僅用七天左右就能獲得的，是口訣特別殊勝的，具有加持傳承，是成就非常近的。如是大成就者巴嘎（པཀཱི）所說。撰寫記錄的撰寫目的，撰寫後十四天，在晚上撰寫完成之時，如拉嘎阿夏（རཱ་ག་ཨ་སྱ）所授，由上師蓮花圓滿（པདྨ་མཐར་ཕྱིན）將，發心圓滿記錄成文字。如此撰寫圓滿，如果這有錯誤之處，祈請慈悲圓滿的天中之天，向九尊五尊本尊眾懺悔，願所有有情眾生的，淨障達到圓滿。以此撰寫記錄的善根，願往生伏藏師轉世者，三身果位達到圓滿。

It is difficult to find! With red lotus stamen and, the hair of a new female horse and a new male horse, and mixing pure substances of good breeds, extracting the two bodhicittas from the lotus, the essence of a young woman and, good fields, turnips, tender reed shoots, birch bark, yak gall, wheels, etc., if the interdependent substances are not complete, like a lute with broken strings, it is said that the fruit of meaning will not be accomplished. Therefore, this is the supreme accomplishment method, the supreme accomplishment method has two paths: the path of means and the path of liberation. The path of means is the channels, winds, and bindus. If a person who practices channels and winds intentionally causes the bodhicitta to be lost, millions of dakinis in the channel places will inflict punishment and curses, the blessings of practicing channels and winds will disappear, the fundamental vows of secret mantra will be violated, and one will enter the ranks of vow breakers. Without practicing channels and winds, a person who practices the generation stage, even if they lose it, the fault is not so great, it is said that they will not violate the channel vow. Even if one can protect and not lose the bodhicitta, the obstacles to channels and winds are many, the benefits are few, and the faults are great. It is said that the life wind will arise or the vows will be broken, and one will become a leper or develop edema. Therefore, channels and winds are not established here. The generation stage, visualizing the deity, reciting mantras, and the completion stage, guarding the nature, the benefits are great, the faults are small, and the practice is easy. Therefore, it is established according to that method. Please do not think that the content of the text is incomplete. This practice of Gyalwa Gyatso (རྒྱལ་བ་རྒྱ་མཚོ།) is the heart essence of the ocean of dakinis, the treasure of all accomplishments, the oral instructions of Guru Padmasambhava, the common practice of the four tantras, all supreme and common accomplishments, which can be obtained in just about seven days, is a particularly excellent oral instruction, possesses the blessing lineage, and is very close to accomplishment. So said the great accomplished Paki (པཀཱི). The purpose of writing the notes, after writing for fourteen days, at the time of completing the writing in the evening, as taught by Raga Asya (རཱ་ག་ཨ་སྱ), by Guru Padma Tharphen (པདྨ་མཐར་ཕྱིན) the completion of the mind generation was recorded in writing. Thus, the writing is completed. If there is any error in this, I pray to the all-compassionate God of Gods, and confess to the assembly of nine and five deities, may the purification of obscurations of all sentient beings reach completion. By this merit of writing these notes, may the reincarnation of the deceased treasure revealer, attain the complete fruition of the three bodies.
