Practice of the Three Empowerments and Wisdom-Jnana Empowerment from the Great Compassionate One, Gyalwa Gyatso. Practice of the Three Empowerments and Wisdom-Jnana Empowerment from the Great Compassionate One, Gyalwa Gyatso. Herein concludes the Practice of the Three Empowerments and Wisdom-Jnana Empowerment from the Great Compassionate One, Gyalwa Gyatso. Namo Shakyamunaye. Homage to Vajradhara and Shakyamuni, at the feet of Padmasambhava. I take them as witnesses to what is said. I will explain a dharma that is not self-made. If obstacles and errors occur, it is a sign of having practiced. What concern is it to those who do not practice? To explain it without concealing it is a true sign of pure samaya. What concern is it to those who conceal? To explain the removal of obstacles from the mind is a true sign of abundant instructions. What concern is it to those who read rotten books? All sentient beings in the six realms of desire, this body arises from the cause of desire. Therefore, it is said to be extremely difficult to abandon, it is the root of wandering in samsara. Abandoning it is the path of the Shravakas, transforming and utilizing the path is the path of Secret Mantra. Even without having taken vows, whether male, female, or animal, desire is the same no matter who engages in it. By the ripening result, one will definitely be born in the realm of pretas. As a result of power, snakes, frogs, marmot pigs, etc. in Tsa Rong (a place in Tibet), will be born into the family of hairless beings. By the result similar to the cause, cats, donkeys, horses, mules, etc., will be born with the pain of desire. These are not just born once, but constantly five hundred times each. Therefore, the Thubpa (Buddha) forbade it. Even the desire of ordinary people, the size, lightness, and heaviness are not discussed. Engaging in it in the presence of the lama, in the temple, and near prostitutes where shame must be guarded, is a great sin. During times of illness and keeping vows, the eight fasting days and the Kalachakra days, and engaging in it in the mouth and in places of excrement and urine, the sin is especially great at that time. It is said that using force and coercion without consent is a great sin. If the number is more than seven times at once, engaging in it is an even greater sin. When engaging in it with one's mother or sister, it is said that the sin is nine times greater. If one violates the command of a bhikshuni, it is close to the sin of killing a person, it is a sin close to the five inexpiable sins. These are called sins. If one who has taken vows does this, on top of the above sins, there is the fault of breaking the Buddha's command.

I, the sin of destroying the Dharma, is a million times heavier than the sins of sentient beings. The evil bodies mentioned earlier are said to take hundreds of thousands of billions of rebirths. Therefore, losing vows is more serious than losing life. Even if one dies holding vows, one will take a good body. That death is not really death. Dying having lost vows, there is no time for liberation. Therefore, for those who hold vows, engaging in sexual activity with women should be guarded like protecting one's life. If a yogi who has attained accomplishment relies on a woman with characteristics, he will achieve the great Vajradhara in one lifetime, just like most of the great accomplished ones in India. If a person who has attained accomplishment cannot find a woman with characteristics, it is said that he can rely on an animal with characteristics, like Kukuripa. If, even residing in the state of accomplishment, one does not rely on a woman out of fear of harming the Buddha's teachings, one will not attain Buddhahood in this life, but it is said that one can attain Buddhahood in the bardo, like the great Kashmiri Pandit. Because one has not gained control over the channels and winds, and is controlled by one's own desires, if one relies on a woman, one will be born in the Shalmali hell. After being liberated from there, one will take five hundred rebirths as a womb worm. When is it permissible to rely on a woman? By blowing air from the fingertips, being able to scatter ashes, inhaling white milk with the secret vajra, being able to expel it from the mouth, swallowing a sewing needle and thread from the mouth, extracting it from the tip of the secret vajra, and blowing air from the tip of the secret vajra, being able to sound a conch shell and a white conch shell, that is the standard for being able to rely on a mudra. If one establishes a connection with about five hundred dakinis who are not of evil lineage, it is said that one can obtain supreme accomplishment. Such things are not within our practice. Without actually engaging in sexual activity with a woman, without even touching the body, not seeing a beautiful woman with the eyes, even if one does not see, hearing the sound, even if one does not hear the sound, remembering in the mind, concealing sexual activity during the time of ordinary people, or if not, hearing or remembering the sexual activity of others, seeing animals mating with each other, whatever like that becomes a cause, strong desire arises in oneself, and semen is involuntarily discharged. Without actually doing anything, even so, the vows are not lost, but it is said that the vows do not become pure. The "Sutra of Seven Unions" says this. Is the meaning of this the same as the two contemplations of union with a woman that will be explained below?
