祈请如是！瑜伽士我等眷属众，无病长寿与权势，福德名声与贤劫，广大受用愿皆得。息增等诸事业之，成就悉赐予我等。具誓者请守护我，具成就者助伴我。非时夭寿诸疾病，邪魔鬼魅愿息灭。恶梦凶兆及恶行，愿皆消弭不复生。世间安乐丰收成，谷物增盛佛法兴，吉祥圆满具足并，心中所愿皆成就。祈愿赞扬佛陀教法护法及三宝之威权，护持僧团，增上瑜伽士之寿命福德，为扬美名，以猛厉之法螺声，眷属受用愿增长。愿身力增长，青春永驻无衰老，眼观奇妙喜乐之景象，耳中恒时听闻悦耳之语，芬芳香气与鼻永不离，饮食资财令舌根得满足，身唯以安乐之触受滋养，心中具足光明之智慧，愿恒时获得无漏之安乐。若我祈请您、供养您、依止您、役使您，愿您神力不减，慈悲心增上。于根本位，吉祥圆满具受用，于迁徙时，救脱险道与水难，于怖畏处，救护免于敌盗及劫贼之侵害，总而言之，愿一切心愿如意成就。祈愿成为生起一切世间与涅槃之财富之根本，愿能仁之教法长久住世，愿护持彼教法之贤善士夫们，以财富庄严，长久安住。我等上师施主眷属众，长寿无病，安乐吉祥皆圆满，一切愿望皆如意成就，于利益众生具足威力。如是祈请后，共同供养与赞颂：以四水、二十五种受用、嬉戏之海，五种妙欲与七政宝，以及十六明妃等之内供，以外内密之众多供品而作供养。供养园林、无量宫殿与如意树，宝藏之宝瓶、莲花沐浴池，以及丝绸衣物、高座床榻、坐骑仆从等。

Thus requested! May we yogis and our retinues obtain freedom from illness, long life, power, glory, fame, a good kalpa, and vast enjoyment. Bestow upon me the accomplishments of peaceful and increasing activities. May those with vows protect me. May those with accomplishments be my companions. May illnesses that cause untimely death, evil spirits, and obstacles be eliminated. May bad dreams, bad omens, and bad deeds be eliminated. May the world be happy and have good harvests, may grains increase and the Dharma flourish, may there be complete happiness and well-being, and may all desires of the mind be fulfilled. May the power of the Buddhas, the Dharma protectors, and the Three Jewels be praised. May the Sangha be protected, and may the life and glory of yogis increase. For the sake of spreading fame, with the powerful sound of the conch shell, may retinues and enjoyments increase. May physical strength increase with youthfulness and without aging. May the eyes delight in wonderful and joyful sights. May the ears always hear pleasant words. May the fragrance of sweet scents never leave the nose. May the tongue be satisfied with an abundance of food and drink. May the body be nourished only by the touch of comfort. May the mind be endowed with clear wisdom and may it always attain stainless bliss. If I request you, offer to you, rely on you, and command you, may your power not diminish and may your compassion increase. May there be auspiciousness, perfection, and enjoyment at the base. When migrating, may you deliver us from dangerous paths and water hazards. In fearful places, protect us from enemies, thieves, robbers, and harm. In short, may all wishes be fulfilled as desired. May it become the basis for the arising of all worldly and peaceful wealth. May the teachings of the Able One (Buddha) remain for a long time, and may the virtuous individuals who uphold those teachings be adorned with wealth and remain steadfast for a long time. May we teachers, benefactors, and retinues have long life, freedom from illness, happiness, and complete well-being. May all purposes be accomplished as desired, and may we be endowed with power to benefit beings. Having made this request, we offer and praise together: with four waters, twenty-five uses, an ocean of play, five objects of desire, seven royal treasures, and inner offerings such as sixteen goddesses, we offer with many outer, inner, and secret offerings. We offer gardens, immeasurable palaces, wish-fulfilling trees, treasure vases, bathing ponds with lotuses, silk clothes, high seats, vehicles, servants, and retinues.

Hung, the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, as well as what is grasped and what grasps, etc., are liberated from all concepts, I prostrate and praise the wisdom mind. To all sentient beings in the world. Hung, the lotus's command runs pervading all directions. Some are deities who protect the Buddha's teachings. Some are Yama and other harm-doers.
