巴扎，化身名号见者皆具义，全知文殊贤，菩萨吉祥义成，嘉瓦·曲扎嘉措，大成就者扎西贝觉，无等不动金刚，嘉瓦·衮却延拉，杰尊·旺曲多杰，噶旺·曲吉旺秋，嘉莫·曲英多杰，无等噶玛恰美。 尤其，祈请此法传承之根本上师等一切具德上师，以及所言之诸本尊，所有一切无余之本尊众，以身语意之自性加持并灌顶此等金刚弟子。 祈请加持平息对彼等造成损害与伤害的四百零四种疾病，八万种魔障，三百六十种鬼怪，上方之曜与星辰之鬼怪，下方之龙、念、地神之鬼怪，中间之赞、魔、推乌让之所有损害，当下立即平息。 祈请加持增长寿命、福德、光辉、财富、智慧、功德一切。 祈请加持以猛烈之方式降伏所有魔、障、邪引、恶毒者。 从此生直至一切生世，请作为此等金刚弟子之增上神。 请作三日之守护，请作三夜之警戒。 祈请救护脱离轮回与恶趣之所有痛苦。 念诵各自根本咒三遍或七遍。 噶雅瓦噶吉达巴林达阿比钦扎当。 再次，于长寿灌顶之时。 祈请至尊无量寿怙主， 以发心清净愿力之加持， 赐予不死亡持成就物， 此智慧长寿丸长寿酒， 以加持获得金刚寿。 嗡 阿玛Ra尼 泽万德耶 梭哈。 如是赐予长寿丸长寿酒。 祈请诸佛菩萨之真实加持，以及殊胜本尊之真实语。 我已守护此等众生， 任何人不得加害于此。 嗡 班杂 惹叉 惹叉 吽。 将朵玛观想为本尊，化为光融入你们，使你们的身语意三门，与殊胜本尊之身语意无二无别。

Bhadra, the incarnation whose name means "meaningful to see," Omniscient Jampal Zangpo, Bodhisattva Paljor Dondrup, Gyalwang Chodrak Gyatso, Great Accomplisher Tashi Paljor, Unequaled Mikyo Dorje, Gyalwa Konchok Yenlak, Jetsun Wangchuk Dorje, Garwang Chokyi Wangchuk, Gyalchok Choying Dorje, Unequaled Karma Chakme. Especially, I pray that all the glorious and precious Lamas from whom this Dharma has been transmitted, including my own precious root Lama, and all the deities, whatever they may be, all the complete and unomitted hosts of deities, will bless and empower these Vajra disciples through the essence of their body, speech, and mind. I pray that you will pacify all the harm caused to these disciples by the four hundred and four types of diseases, the eighty thousand types of obstructing spirits, the three hundred and sixty types of demons, the upper demons of planets and stars, the lower demons of nagas, nyen spirits, and earth lords, and the intermediate harm of tsen spirits, demons, and teu rang spirits, right now. I pray that you will bless and increase all of their life, merit, glory, wealth, wisdom, and qualities. I pray that you will bless and subdue all the evil, obstructing, misleading, and malicious beings through fierce means. From this life until all future lives, may you be the special deity of these Vajra disciples. Please keep watch for three days, and please keep guard for three nights. I pray that you will protect them from all the suffering of samsara and the lower realms. Recite the root mantra three or seven times each. Kaya Wakka Chitta Balimta Abhishinchantam. Again, during the long life empowerment. Victorious One, Protector Amitayus, Through the power of pure aspiration and prayer, Substances for accomplishing deathless vidyadhara, This wisdom long life pill and long life wine, By bestowing, may the Vajra life be attained! Om Amara Ni Jiwanti Ye Svaha. Thus, bestow the long life pill and long life wine. By the blessing of the truth of the Victorious Ones and their heirs, and by the true words of the supreme deities, I have protected these beings, May no one harm them! Om Vajra Raksha Raksha Hum. Visualize the torma as the deity, dissolving into light and merging into you, so that your body, speech, and mind are inseparable from the body, speech, and mind of the supreme deity.

思维如是而生。诵吉祥偈。我与施主有缘如虚空之众生，以此为主，我于三时所积之，善根令成福德聚之乐，如莲花生持戒之比丘，愿二利任运成就吉祥！哦，因此已善得殊胜本尊之灌顶，从今乃至未得菩提之间，思维受持为本尊，请随念此（下文）。主尊如何所教敕，彼等一切我皆作，以身受用供养之心，请随念此（下文）。从今起始我为奴，我将自身奉献于您，愿您以弟子之分，亦能享用我。如是令说。 如是为酬谢获得灌顶之恩，献曼扎。 地面涂香水，遍布鲜花，须弥山四大洲日月庄严之此，观想为供养于佛土，愿一切众生皆能享用清净刹土。以此所献悦意妙曼扎，愿菩提道上无有障碍，不迷于有，不住于寂，愿能救度如虚空般之众生。如是令说。弟子们告退。如是祈愿凭借获得灌顶之善根，成办自他广大之利益。以此福德愿一切等。由尊主旺秋多吉所赐之，一知解脱中等灌顶，略作仪轨修饰，并为便于携带而节略，若有错谬则忏悔，愿以此善根令六道众生皆得成熟解脱。特别是与此结缘者，皆能往生极乐世界。第七世。康区上部囊谦昂冈工巧文化显密讲修兴盛洲古籍修复室整理出版。 空页。 十三本尊总摄灌顶次第宝鬘。

Meditate with the thought that it has become so. Recite auspicious verses. May I and the benefactors, along with all beings as vast as the sky, primarily through this, and through the virtues I have accumulated in the three times, attain the bliss of a heap of merit. May the lotus-born, who upholds the discipline of a monk, spontaneously accomplish both aims, may there be auspiciousness! Oh, therefore, having well received the empowerment of the supreme deity, from now until the attainment of enlightenment, think of and hold them as your yidam deity, please repeat this (below). As the chief has commanded, all those I shall do. With the mind of offering body and possessions, please repeat this (below). From this day forth, I am your servant, I offer myself to you, may you also use me as a part of your disciple. Thus, have them speak. Thus, as a reward for the kindness of receiving the empowerment, offer a mandala. The ground is anointed with scented water and strewn with flowers. This Mount Meru, the four continents, adorned with the sun and moon, visualizing it as an offering to the Buddha-field, may all beings enjoy the pure realm. By offering this pleasing and excellent mandala, may there be no obstacles on the path to enlightenment, may we not be deluded in existence, nor abide in peace, may we liberate beings as vast as the sky. Thus, have them speak. The disciples depart. Thus, pray that by relying on the root of virtue obtained through the empowerment, vast benefits for oneself and others may be accomplished. By this merit, may all, etc. This one-knowing-all-liberation intermediate empowerment bestowed by Lord Wangchuk Dorje, slightly adorned with practice and abridged for ease of carrying, if there are errors, I confess, and may this virtue cause the six realms of beings to mature and be liberated. In particular, may all those who are connected to this be reborn in Sukhavati. The 7th.
