To the glorious and venerable Lamas, I pray to the assembly of deities of the Yidam mandala, all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the hosts of Dakinis, Dharma protectors, and guardians, surrounded by immeasurable retinues. In the sky before me, as the object of offering, Oṃ Vajra Samājaḥ. If elaborate, then like the ocean of Samantabhadra's clouds of offerings, with beautiful colors and shapes, offering the seven royal emblems like Samantabhadra's offerings. According to the Samputa Tantra, praise the common praise of all Buddhas with the unequaled and immovable. If brief, then in this three thousand world system or other three thousand world systems, offerings, foot-washing water, mouth-washing water, flowers, incense, lamps, perfumed water, food, and musical instruments are offered to the vase in front and the assembly of deities. Oṃ Sarva Tathāgata, it would be good to add the name mantra of each deity here. Oṃ Hī Pravara Sattara Prakṣaṇaṃ. Pādyaṃ. Puṣpe etc. Pratīccha Ye Svāhā. Oṃ Vajra Dharmāraṇi etc. Play music. The verses of praise for each deity as mentioned above, and those worthy of praise, etc. Hūṃ! The sound of the terrifying Hūṃ, etc. Due to the offering of water from the conch shell, the deities dissolve into light and become the water of the vase. Sprinkle the water of the action vase with Kuśa grass and recite the mantra. Until the activities of the mandala are completed, please perform the actions to avert obstacles. Then arrange three portions on the right side of the mandala, and offer them with any of the elaborate or concise three-part offering rituals. Then take self-entry, and there is no need to recite the power of truth at the end. After the empowerment to others is completed, then the subsequent actions are: Bless the offerings by adding more, with the name mantra of each mandala preceding, up to Sharda, the great bliss of Dharmāraṇi, and the verses of praise for each deity, and those worthy of praise, etc. Join your palms and without distraction, pray to the Bhagavan Protector, the Great Compassionate One, may you bestow upon me and all limitless sentient beings all the blessings of worldly and transcendental accomplishments. Please bless me to quickly attain the state of the Great Vajradhara. In all stages before that is attained, may I be free from all adverse conditions and obstacles to practicing the sacred Dharma, and may all favorable conditions be complete without effort.

May it be blessed to arise spontaneously. May I and all my lineage be blessed to never be separated from the pure vows and commitments that are fully possessed in our being, and to generate special realizations of the two stages and the two yogas of with signs and without signs in our being. May I and all those connected to me be blessed to be born in the western Pure Land of Sukhavati immediately after passing away from this life, and to attain complete enlightenment in this very body. What has not been attained, what has been lost, etc. (Recite) Om Vajrasattva (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སཏཱ་,梵文天城体:ओँ वज्रसत्वा,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajrasattva,汉语字面意思:嗡 金刚萨埵) etc., the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times. We beseech the wisdom deities to remain steadfast in these supports of body, speech, and mind until the harm of the four elements does not occur. Then, from the seed syllable in the heart of whatever is one's main deity, light radiates out, striking the mandala with its supports and what it supports. Transforming the protective wheel into light, it dissolves into the palace together with the seat. That too, transforming into light, dissolves into the deities of the retinue. That too, gradually transforming into light, dissolves into the form of the main deity or main goddess of one's own mandala, generating the conviction that it is that very body. On one's own forehead is white Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), on the throat is red Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), and in the heart is blue Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). Body, speech, and mind are transformed into the nature of vajra. By the immeasurable merit of doing this, may I and all sentient beings connected to me, this impure body, etc. Holding the vajra and bell and scattering flowers, complete and perfect, etc., recite auspicious increase. Thus, this easy-to-carry arrangement of the empowerment and accomplishment of the six action tantra mandalas was written by the Shakya monk Tsezhun at the repeated urging of Lama Karma Trinley, and compiled by Ra Ga Asya. Whatever errors there may be, I confess to the assembly of gods and protectors, and may this virtue cause all those connected to be born in Sukhavati. Sarva Mangalam (藏文:སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ,梵文天城体:सर्व मङ्गलम्,梵文罗马拟音:sarva maṅgalam,汉语字面意思:一切吉祥). Compiled and published by the Nangchen (Nangqian County) Angang Arts and Culture Exoteric and Esoteric Dharma Prosperity Island Ancient Book Restoration Room in Upper Kham. From the Glorious Vajra Garland, the ritual for the empowerment and accomplishment of the six action tantra mandalas, which is sufficient by reading.
