La! Place the vajra flower on the head, Om Supra-tiṣṭha Vajra Ye Svāhā! May it destroy all diseases, all demons, Citta, the burner, may the vajra destroy all plagues. May the auspiciousness of the speech of the Leaf-Clad Mother purify the obscurations of speech, and may one obtain the empowerment of speech. Again, from the heart of the Leaf-Clad Mother, blue light radiates, enters your own heart, and meditate that the entire inside of the body is filled with blue light. Hūṃ! From the Akaniṣṭha realm and the Tuṣita heaven, and from the dwelling places such as solitary retreats, please come, Leaf-Clad Mother! Bestow the supreme empowerment from the door of the heart, pacify the diseases and demons of the mind, and grant the accomplishment of health and happiness. Root mantra: Citta Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! Again, from the heart of the Leaf-Clad Mother, a golden vajra marked with the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) radiates, and meditate that it dissolves into your own heart. The auspicious goddess of offering, holding a shining golden fish in her hand, as if offering it to the eyes of the Buddhas, may one obtain the auspiciousness of the fish on the eyes. Om Maṃgalam Matstha Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! The auspicious goddess of offering, holding a conch shell that proclaims the Dharma, as if offering it to the speech of the Buddhas, may one obtain the auspiciousness of the conch shell on the speech.

The auspicious offering goddess, holding an eight-petaled red lotus in her hand, as if offering it to the tongues of the Buddhas, may the tongue obtain the auspiciousness of the lotus. Om Mangala Padma Abhisincha Hum. The auspicious offering goddess, holding an incomparably beautiful jewel vase in her hand, as if offering it to the necks of the Buddhas, may the neck obtain the auspiciousness of the vase. Om Mangalam Hum Bha Abhisincha Hum. The auspicious offering goddess, holding a radiant glorious knot in her hand, as if offering it to the hearts of the Buddhas, may the heart obtain the auspiciousness of the glorious knot. Om Mangala Shitra Abhisincha Hum. The auspicious offering goddess, holding an incomparably beautiful jewel victory banner in her hand, as if offering it to the bodies of the Buddhas, may the body obtain the auspiciousness of the victory banner. Om Mangala Dhuja Abhisincha Hum. The auspicious offering goddess, holding a radiant golden wheel in her hand, as if offering it to the feet of the Buddhas, may the feet obtain the auspiciousness of the wheel. Om Mangalam Chakra Abhisincha Hum. Destroying all diseases, burning all demons, the vajra that destroys all plagues, may the merits of Parnashavari be auspicious. By this, may the obscurations of equal accumulation be purified, may the empowerment of merit be obtained. Again, green rays of light emanate from the secret place of Parnashavari, meditate that starting from your secret place, your entire body is filled with green light. Hum. From Akanishta and Tushita heavens, and from solitary places and other abodes, please invite Parnashavari to descend, through the door of activity, bestow the supreme empowerment, please perform the activity of pacifying plagues, grant the siddhi of health and happiness. Root mantra: Karma Abhisincha Hum. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) Destroying all diseases, burning all demons, the vajra that destroys all plagues, may the activity of Parnashavari be auspicious. By this, may the obscurations of knowledge be purified, may the empowerment of activity be obtained. Now, visualize this torma as appearing as Parnashavari, coming to the crown of your head, dissolving into light and merging into you all, place the torma on the head, the leaf garment as a lower skirt, gather all the Matrikas under your power, the disease mistress with the form of a jackal tongue, gather you under your power.
