妇女身上出现麻风病，摘掉烟具饰品，捶胸等情况发生时，说明有誓言违犯和障碍，应努力修持金刚萨埵的禅修念诵，做会供和补阙。如果妇女没有出现口误，就不要向其他人透露成就的征兆，要保密。还有，修持这个法门时，因为这个咒语比较猛烈，可能会出现心情不好的情况，这时，观想自己心间的白色康字（藏文：ཁཾ，梵文天城体：खं，梵文罗马拟音：kham，汉语字面意思：空性），降下甘露之流，充满全身，这样就能消除不适。或者努力修持上面所说的降下明点的观想，并努力进行会供和朵玛的补阙。唉玛霍！这是智慧空行狮面母的修持方法，是教言和伏藏法本以及口诀大海的精华，意义清晰，易于携带，组成部分完整无缺，这个可以观看的清晰明了的念修次第，是以利益自己和他人的心意而编写的。然而，如果存在矛盾错误之处，向智慧空行及其眷属忏悔。祈愿今生来世，赐予无碍的梵天成就。以此书写的善业，愿修持此法者，我与弟子传承以及为之提供生活资助的施主们，不受障碍、邪魔、诅咒的侵扰，迅速获得殊胜和共同成就，何时去世，都能往生西方极乐世界，被三处空行众迎接。如此说道者，是持有拉嘎之名的，持戒修行者，咒师所写。萨瓦芒嘎拉姆！ （公元2007年）由上康区囊谦（今青海玉树囊谦县）昂冈工艺文化显密法兴寺古籍修复室整理出版。 空行狮面母的修法，成就之源。

When leprosy appears on a woman's body, or she removes smoking paraphernalia and ornaments, or beats her chest, it indicates broken vows and obstacles. Therefore, one should diligently practice the meditation and recitation of Vajrasattva, and perform tsog (gathering feast) and completion rituals. If a woman does not make verbal mistakes, she should keep the signs of accomplishment secret and not reveal them to others. Furthermore, when practicing this method, because this mantra is quite fierce, there may be times when one feels unhappy. At such times, visualize a white Kham syllable (Tibetan: ཁཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: खं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: kham, literal Chinese meaning: emptiness) at the center of one's heart, from which a stream of nectar flows, filling the entire body, thereby dispelling the discomfort. Alternatively, diligently practice the visualization of descending bindus as described above, and strive to perform tsog and torma completion rituals. Emaho! This is the method for practicing the Wisdom Dakini Lion-Faced Mother, the essence of the teachings and terma texts, and the ocean of oral instructions. Its meaning is clear, easy to carry, and its components are complete and without lack. This clear and detailed order of approach, which can be viewed, is composed with the intention of benefiting oneself and others. However, if there are any contradictory or erroneous parts, I confess to the Wisdom Dakinis and their retinue. May they grant unobstructed Brahma-like accomplishments in this life and the next. By the virtue of writing this, may those who practice this, myself, my disciples, the lineage, and the patrons who provide sustenance for them, be free from the interference of obstacles, demons, and curses, and swiftly attain supreme and common accomplishments. When the time comes to pass away, may we be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Sukhavati, welcomed by the assembly of Dakinis from the three places.
