Whatever activities this person undertakes will be successful, and they will have the fortune to attain the body of great bliss. Now, just as this torma transforms into the secret lord, the blue-clad Vajrapani, and descends upon your crown, rays of light emanate from the body, illuminating the ten directions. From the Akanishta Pure Land of Ogmin Lchanglochan in the upper direction and the northern direction of Mount Meru, from hundreds of millions of Lchanglochan, various large and small forms of the secret lord Vajrapani appear. The speech is a garland of mantras, and the mind is a five-pronged vajra. Countless ones descend and dissolve into your heart. Meditate that it dissolves into light and merges into you, becoming inseparable. Dharmakaya Samantabhadra, the sixth Vajradhara, Guru Padmasambhava, Dakini Yeshe Tsogyal, Shupu Palgyi Senge, Mingyur Dorje Dudul Rolpa Tsal, and other lineage masters, as well as the Tathagatas, as many as the sands of sixty-two Ganges Rivers, who have empowered the lord of power, the secret lord blue-clad Vajrapani, together with the assembly of five hundred blue-clad attendants, please bless these vajra disciples! Because there are three seed syllables at the beginning of this mantra, even though it is a wrathful deity, there is no need to perform subjugation or other practices. Ah (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) is the letter of space, so no matter who recites it, it is in harmony with the elements. Because there are three faces and three colors, no matter who recites it, there is no fault of incompatible Mewa. Furthermore, in the Blue-Clad Vajrapani Vajra Kilaya Tantra, it is said: Hum! I am the wrathful blue-clad Vajrapani, the embodiment of all Buddhas, blessed by all Buddhas, and I, who have received the supreme empowerment, bestow empowerment. As it is said, it is similar to the wish-fulfilling jewel, all diseases, evil influences, and faults are pacified, and all happiness and auspiciousness increase. In the tantra it says, whoever holds this, that yogi is completely liberated from all faults, obtains all good qualities, and the true fruit is manifestly accomplished. Thus it is said. Therefore, thinking to take this as a yidam and practice, please repeat this.
