如同蜜蜂粘在燃烧的柴火上，依次融入任何事物之中。然后举起大供品，以誓言安乐圆满结束。只为病人进行供养结尾的愿望祈祷。压制八种伤害，用青稞等物击打。或者举起大供品，放在队列行进的头上。如果没有灌顶联系，就贴在肩膀上方的心口。只需做诅咒的观想即可。这是甚深口诀中的极甚深。焚烧大供品火炉等物：用黑刺树枝堆砌成三层三角形的火坛。生起本尊众，迎请安住，供养朵玛之间，依次用咒语献上迎请和遣送朵玛。任何事物，五蕴、十八界、十二处、血肉骨骼，本尊众的口是广阔的火坛之中，观想如鸟羽被火焚烧一般。在念诵诛杀咒语时念诵并供奉。如果有痰等污秽之物，就投入。即使没有，也焚烧纸人、糌粑人、尸体等。在口诀结果的时候，在口中了解。然后用甘露洒上酬谢小朵玛。念诵赞颂祈请，供入火坛之中。欢喜地示现笑容，发出声音，响起马叫声。思维并安住在无缘的状态中。然后将朵玛盘倒扣，召唤食肉鬼。放在门槛下或任何地方。进行召唤和遣送，按照南方马舞的仪轨进行。以上所说的林伽、仇敌像等，如果是为了镇压，就放入头盖骨等物中，放在门槛下、十字路口、浴室、嘛呢石下，送到凶猛神鬼居住的地方。挖掘三角形，镇压林伽、仇敌像。按照召唤咒语、马舞仪轨进行召唤和遣送。如果是仇敌，就念诵镇压仇敌的仪轨。其他任何事物，也应如是了解。如果不是这样，就将朵玛盘向上倾斜，撒上青稞等物，念诵“拉嘉洛”等语。如果是祭山，就先送走其他东西，自己留在后面慢慢地观想鹏鸟。念诵鹏鸟咒语，观想为红色的鹏鸟。观想向外驱赶食肉鬼或被吃掉。向内返回，进行酬谢荟供和供养祈祷。也可以进行长寿陀罗尼、长寿勾招、长寿灌顶。给病人戴上保护轮的念珠，将念珠放在头上，从字腔的孔中，像倒酸奶一样融入，光彩焕发。观想穿上金刚盔甲。广行吉祥祈愿等。

Whatever it is, the aggregates, elements, sense bases, flesh, blood, and bones, the mouths of the assembly of deities are in the vast fire pit, visualize it as if a bird's feather is being burned by fire. Recite and offer the killing mantra at the time. If there are any impurities such as phlegm, put them in. Even if there are none, burn paper effigies, tsampa effigies, corpses, etc. At the time of the result of the instructions, understand it in the mouth. Recite the garuda mantra and visualize it as a red garuda. Visualize driving away the flesh-eating demon or being eaten. Returning inward, perform the thanksgiving tsok and offering prayers. You can also perform the long life dharani, long life summoning, and long life empowerment. Put a protective wheel rosary on the patient, place the rosary on the head, and from the hole in the letter cavity, dissolve it like pouring yogurt, and increase its radiance. Visualize wearing vajra armor. Extensively perform auspicious aspirations, etc.

It is not allowed unless the recitation and practice are completed to the limit, and even if it is done, it will not help, but will harm oneself and be reversed! Practice what you have done in this way! This diagram and manuscript are very precious! Even if it is not available, it can be viewed and there is no conflict with offerings, etc.! This is like the essence of the instruction, so show this to the best disciple who is like the essence, and to those who are like the essence!
