Though unmoved from the sphere of non-existence, manifesting the form body for the sake of beings, by the power of compassion, I request you to come to this place. Om Mani Padme Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Mani Padme Hum). Come here! (藏文：ཨེ་ཧྱ་ཧི). Ja Hum Bam Ho (藏文：ཛཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོ). Then, the request to be seated: Great Compassionate One and retinue, for the sake of all sentient beings, please consider me with compassion, and bless me to stay by the power of your vow. Om Mani Padme Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Mani Padme Hum). Samaya (藏文：ས་མ་ཡ). Tishta Lhan (藏文：ཏིཥྛ་ལྷན). Though the wisdom body has no dualistic grasping, the two appearances are the wisdom and samaya beings. Remaining in the samaya without duality, please accomplish the activities for the benefit of beings. Meditate that the samaya being and the wisdom being merge without duality, and remain stable until the accomplishment is attained. Then, the request for empowerment: Empower with the five bodies and five wisdoms, the five victorious ones arise from the Akanishta realm, the lords of the families empower and bless, grant the accomplishment of the five families and five wisdoms. As a sign of empowerment, the five families adorn the head. Then, the prostration: Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ). Though the Dharma body has no dualistic grasping, for the sake of beings, the Sambhogakaya is shown, with compassion, the Nirmanakaya performs the benefit of beings in various ways, I prostrate to the three bodies and five wisdoms. Atha Nir Yata Ya Mi (藏文：ཨཏྠ་ནཱིར་ཡ་ཏ་ཡ་མི). Then, the offering: Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ). Great Compassionate One and retinue, though you have no suffering of hunger, thirst, or torment, we accumulate merit and wisdom, please be pleased and accept the offerings of the puja. Offering water, foot-washing water, flowers, incense, light, perfume, food, music, etc., please accept the various outer offerings. Forms, sounds, smells, tastes, tactile objects, and dharmas, etc., filling the space of the auspicious goddesses, I offer to please the deities of the mandala, please be pleased and accept and bless.
