Among the one thousand and two, the base marked with the mudra of supreme giving is marked with individual eyes of wisdom; standing with both feet in equal posture, covering the left breast with a deer skin; the hands and feet are entwined with emanations, adorned with various jewels, and with red and dark blue skirts; covered with an upper garment, covered with various colored silks, with a sash of silk fluttering; in the midst of five-colored rainbows, the body appearance is empty of inherent existence, clear and bright; beautiful and majestic, never tiring of seeing; at the crown of the body where wisdom is clearly manifest, marked with a white wheel (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om); at the throat, marked with a red lotus (Tibetan: ཨཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah); at the heart, marked with a blue vajra (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum); below that, in the center of the six-petaled white lotus is (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) a white syllable; on each of the petals is a seed syllable of the six-syllable mantra, surrounded by a long dharani; in front of that is the mother six-syllable; to the right is the son holding a jewel; to the left is the daughter holding knowledge mantras; behind is the Buddha Amitabha; on the outer layer are the ten deities of the five families, father and mother; the Great Compassionate One and, the Perfection of Wisdom Mother; at the four doors are the six Thubpas; in the courtyard are the one thousand and two Buddhas of the three times; surrounded by a clear assembly of Dharma protectors and guardians. Hum! The self-existing, spontaneously arising, uncreated self-radiance is Avalokiteśvara, self-born from the Dharmadhatu; Pristine, stainless, the body color is white and radiant; The thousand hands are the thousand Chakravartin kings; The thousand eyes are the thousand Buddhas of the Good Aeon; To whomever whatever needs to be tamed, to them he shows that; We request that you transform into the body of the venerable Avalokiteśvara! (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ मणि पद्मे हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Mani Padme Hum) Then, the body, speech, and mind are blessed, because the body, speech, and mind of all the Buddhas of the three times are inseparable from them, the blessings of the body, speech, and mind are bestowed and sealed. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ मणि पद्मे हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Mani Padme Hum) (Tibetan: ཀཱ་ཡ་སིདྡྷི་ཨོ, Sanskrit Devanagari: काया सिद्धि ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: kāya siddhi o, Literal Chinese meaning: Body accomplishment Om) (Tibetan: ཝཱཀྐ་སིདྡྷི་ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वाक्क सिद्धि आः, Sanskrit Romanization: vākka siddhi āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Speech accomplishment Ah) (Tibetan: ཙིཏྟ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: चित्त सिद्धि हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: citta siddhi hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Mind accomplishment Hum) Thus, blessed by the three syllables of the three places. On the crown of those deities is (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), at the throat is (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), at the heart is (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). From these, rays of light radiate in the ten directions, the Jewels descend like a cloud. (Tibetan: ཧཱི, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih) From the supreme place of self-existing, spontaneously accomplished, the Dharmakaya is born.
