祈请！对于我们施主、供养处、守护者所有，消除瘟疫、非时而死等障碍。祈愿大悲教法于十方弘扬，以及众生皆得菩提之事业，勿懈怠，祈愿成就，具誓者！瑜伽士所托之事，祈愿成办。祈请文为： བྷོ༔ （藏文） भोः （梵文天城体） bhoḥ （梵文罗马拟音） 喂！。 普贤佛母之化身咒语守护母，忿怒女王紫黑色虚空自在母，您以大悲赐予灌顶，依仗预言加持，使得米扎卓吉获得殊胜成就。因此，大悲之持明母，智慧空行母埃嘎扎德（藏文） एकजटी （梵文天城体） Ekajaṭī （梵文罗马拟音） 独髻母，祈请供养，祈愿誓言圆满。昔日莲花生大师，秘密集合续与生世七堆（藏文） རྫ་སཿ （梵文天城体） （梵文罗马拟音） （汉语字面意思），交付于您并委任为守护者。对于大掘藏师仁增林巴，您多次显现面容并预言，使得成办生世七堆之利生事业最初兴盛。花雨断除众生之犹豫，因此，乃是修持解脱之护法，事业空行咒语之守护母，祈请供养，祈愿誓言圆满。您乃无父母之先而生，比诸佛陀更为古老，乃是怙主兄妹、傲慢者所有之母，智慧事业与世间母众，您皆供养并顶礼膜拜，以及大黑天等世间之，傲慢者皆供养并赞颂，因此被称为有顶天之女王。有顶天之母埃嘎扎德（藏文） एकजटी （梵文天城体） Ekajaṭī （梵文罗马拟音） 独髻母，祈请供养，祈愿誓言圆满。从虚空之中于中阴空中游走，安住于大地之上，于山谷中降下温暖，安住于风暴之中，寻视瑜伽士之暖热，安住于大海之上，显现河流之颜色，安住于山顶之上，成熟六种果实，如是居处虽无定所，然恒常之居处乃是尸陀林索萨洲，尸陀林空行母埃嘎扎德（藏文） एकजटी （梵文天城体） Ekajaṭī （梵文罗马拟音） 独髻母，祈请供养，祈愿誓言圆满。外相乃是咒语守护母埃嘎扎德（藏文） एकजटी （梵文天城体） Ekajaṭī （梵文罗马拟音） 独髻母，内相乃是吉祥天女热玛德，密相乃是刽子手命修黑母，极密乃是薄伽梵普贤佛母，纵然超脱世间亦于轮回

Listen! For all of us sponsors, offerings, and protectors, eliminate obstacles such as epidemics and untimely death. May the great compassionate teachings flourish in the ten directions, and may this activity of all beings attaining enlightenment be accomplished without negligence, O you who hold vows! May the activities entrusted by the yogis be accomplished! The supplication is: BHO! The emanation of Samantabhadri, the mantra-protecting mother, the wrathful queen, the dark black space mistress, you bestow empowerment with great compassion, and relying on the blessings of prophecy, Mitra Joki attained supreme accomplishment. Therefore, the vidyadhara mother of great compassion, the wisdom dakini Ekajati, we supplicate and offer, may the vows be fulfilled. In the past, the master Padmasambhava, the secret assembly tantra and the seven heaps of births, entrusted to you and appointed you as the protector. To the great treasure revealer Ratna Lingpa, you repeatedly showed your face and prophesied, causing the benefit of beings in accomplishing the seven heaps of births to initially flourish. The rain of flowers cut off the doubts of beings, therefore, you are the protector of the teachings of practicing liberation, the dakini of action, the mantra-protecting mother, we supplicate and offer, may the vows be fulfilled. You were born before there were parents, even earlier than all the Buddhas, you are the mother of all the lords, siblings, and arrogant ones, the wisdom activity and the assembly of worldly mothers, you all offer and prostrate, and the worldly ones such as Mahakala, all the arrogant ones offer and praise, therefore you are known as the queen of existence. The mother of existence, Ekajati, we supplicate and offer, may the vows be fulfilled. From the expanse of the sky, you roam in the intermediate space, residing on the earth, you bring warmth to the valleys, residing in the storms, you search for the warmth of the yogis, residing on the ocean, you reveal the color of the rivers, residing on the mountain peaks, you ripen the six fruits, although there is no certainty of such places, the permanent residence is the charnel ground Sosa continent, the charnel ground dakini Ekajati, we supplicate and offer, may the vows be fulfilled. Outwardly, you are the mantra-protecting mother Ekajati, inwardly, you are the glorious goddess Remati, secretly, you are the executioner life-accomplishing black mother, and most secretly, you are the Bhagavan Samantabhadri herself, even though you transcend the world, you are still in samsara.
