I beseech you to grant the accomplishment of immortal life! I beseech you to grant the accomplishment of health and happiness! I beseech you to grant youth without aging and decline! From this time until I attain enlightenment, please hold me with your compassion! Then, place the torma on the head and recite the root mantra three or seven times. If you wish, you can also recite the long life dharani. Hūṃ! The color of the body is red like the color of a ruby. The immortal lord, his life is unparalleled! Grant the certain attainment of the supreme accomplished long life vidyadhara! May the auspiciousness of limitless Amitayus prevail! Then, pour the long life wine and recite the root Hūṃ!
