Hūṃ! The color of the body is as red as a ruby, immortal and powerful, life is unparalleled, granting the attainment of the supreme life vidyadhara, may the auspiciousness of the body of Amitayus be! Scatter flowers, place the vase on the head, and the stream of nectar descends, entering from the Brahma aperture, passing through the Avadhuti channel, filling the sixteen channels of the enjoyment wheel in the throat, purifying the obscurations of speech, and contemplate receiving the speech empowerment and accomplishments of Amitayus. Hūṃ! From all untimely deaths, the constant protector, immeasurable life and wisdom, please bless this. The body color is red like the color of a red lotus jewel, The immortal lord is unmatched in lifespan, Surely bestowing the supreme accomplishment of life's vidyādhara, May the auspiciousness of Amitāyus's heart be! From the vase, a great amount of immortal nectar pours forth, entering through the Brahma aperture, Passing through all the trembling channels, Reaching the sixty-four petals of the navel's nirmāṇakāya chakra, From the crown of the head down to the soles of the feet, Each pore is filled with immortal nectar, The obscurations of body, speech, and mind are equally purified, Meditate on attaining the complete empowerment and accomplishment of Amitāyus. Hūṃ! From all untimely deaths, Always protecting, Immeasurable life and wisdom, Please bless this! At the end of the root mantra, add Sarva Siddhi Hī! Place the vase at your navel. Hūṃ! The body color is red like the color of a red lotus jewel, The immortal lord is unmatched in lifespan, Surely bestowing the supreme accomplishment of life's vidyādhara, May the three kāyas of Amitāyus be auspicious! Then, holding the longevity torma in your hand, Visualize this torma: at the top, the gurus of the vidyādhara longevity empowerment lineage; in the middle, the deities of the six tantra classes; at the bottom, all the wisdom ḍākinīs and dharma protectors gathered like clouds, coming to the crown of your head, granting and obtaining all the blessings and accomplishments as we have prayed, with one-pointed devotion. Finally, all the retinue dissolve into light and merge into the main deity; the main deity dissolves into light and merges into you, so that the body, speech, and mind of Amitāyus and your own body, speech, and mind are mixed together, Rest in a state of non-fabrication.
