However, the blessed ones who do not understand and those who are completely different, all the holy ones have said so. It is said that even if they do not understand, those lurking black mantras, as described, divine mantras, etc. immediately generate power, and if it is good, they may go deep into the path of liberation, but if it is bad, because of ignorance of karma, etc., those who practice Bon and heretics, possess masculinity, and manifest supernatural powers and abilities, also become the only way to the lower realms. All those who generated compassion and ability in the past, even if they did not understand, it was not just that, but some special people who valued practice appeared. Now some people only do some understanding, relying on some talkative people, without the masculinity of practice, expecting signs of accomplishment without practice, it is a mistake to waste their lives in this way. Please calm down and be crazy! As described in that way, the special oral instructions of the Guru, as shown in the chapter of the catalog compiled in one commentary, this comprehensive collection, those things that need to rely on each other, are clear in the intention of oral transmission, and in order to prevent arbitrary entry, the words are slightly hidden, but the meaning is not hidden at all, but clearly exists. Do not disturb it because you want it to be clearer and more suitable than this. If it is a student who practices Dharma and cares about the teachings, and a yogi who does not give up vows even for life, then transmit these interdependent things etc. to them! Otherwise, do not transmit to those who hide the Guru like marmots, steal oral instructions, do not possess the mind of benefiting the teachings and sentient beings, and break vows. Without receiving transmission and instruction, do not enter arbitrarily. If such a thing happens, then the four great executioners will quickly take away life and the four wheels.

May the essence of all Yamas gathered together be cut into pieces by a burning iron cross. May the black turtle sever life and suck heart blood. For the common enemy and the disciples who break their vows, may the iron scorpion sever the red life force. For those who disagree on vows and fight each other, may the black toad eat flesh and blood. May all harmful black mantra practitioners be surrounded by red toads circling their life and heart and depart. May all Dharma enemies, heretics, and black Bonpos be killed by poisonous black boars. May the four great executioners sever the life wheel into four parts. May Yama and Yakshas inflict blood offerings and violent winds. May the wrathful demoness seize the enemy's heart with an iron hook. May the Monpa slayer strike with an iron thunderbolt. May the emanated dog chase after the enemy's soul. May the citta be extracted from the belly of the iron bird. May the poisonous snake strike the heart with a poisonous arrow. May the cruel black turtle steal the soul and life.
