Oṃ Mañjuśrī Sarva Ratna Jñāna Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! Hūṃ! Youthful, etc. May the qualities of Mañjughoṣa be auspicious! May the accumulated obscurations of equality be purified by this! 眷属文殊六族菩提萨埵众，如云般降临于顶。 观想化光融入你自身。吽！ 持印猴面像之诸神众， 赐予弟子们殊胜之灌顶， 令一切成就皆得生起之， 朵玛灌顶祈愿得受持。嗡 玛玛瓦嘎曼扎西布智巴瓦达 梭哈。（藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་མ་ཝཱཀ་མཉྫ་ཤི་པུཊྛི་བྷ་ཝནྟ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओ मम वाक मञ्जु श्री पुट्ठी भवन्त स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ mama vāk mañju śrī puṭṭhi bhavanta svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，妈妈，语，妙吉祥，增长，成为，梭哈！） 如少年等，妙音之吉祥祈愿。 因此，获得了名为文殊持印猴面像之圆满灌顶，心想此为本尊，然后念诵此。 上师如此开示： “彼等一切我皆行持， 上师您将弟子们， 直至菩提之间作为仆从摄持。” 如是说，献曼扎。 此乃天法根本誓句金刚之语，掘藏大臣Ra Ga A Sy以广大的方式确定仪轨，书写者为比丘策努。 对此有何过失违犯，向护法神众忏悔，以此善根，凡与此结缘者，愿无明黑暗消散，智慧之光明无偏增长。 吉祥！ 此经卷之建立，以及 受持与读诵之善力， 我等师兄弟眷属等， 以及资助生活之施主们， 今生吉祥长寿， 安乐圆满具足， 何时从此世间逝去后， 祈愿转生于具牛处。是第七世Ra Ga所说。 康区上部囊谦工艺昂岗寺密咒法轮兴盛洲古籍修复室整理并印刷。

May the retinue of Manjushri's six families of Bodhisattvas, like gathering clouds, come to the crown of your head. Meditate that they dissolve into light and merge into you. Hūṃ! By the deity assembly of the monkey-faced Mudra, Grant supreme empowerment to the disciples, May the empowerment of the Torma, from which all accomplishments arise, Be received! Oṃ mama vāk mañju śrī puṭṭhi bhavanta svāhā! Like a youth, may there be auspiciousness of the melodious voice. Thus, having received the complete empowerment called Manjushri's Monkey-Faced Mudra, think of this as your Yidam, and then recite this. The teacher thus instructs: "All of those I will perform, Teacher, you, the disciples, Until enlightenment, hold as servants." Thus saying, offer the mandala. This is from the Vajra words of the Sky Dharma Root Vows, the treasure minister Ra Ga A Sya extensively established the practice, the scribe is the monk Tson-dru. Whatever faults or transgressions there are in this, I confess to the assembly of Dharma protectors, and by this virtue, may all who are connected with this have the darkness of ignorance dispelled and the light of wisdom increase without partiality. Maṅgalaṃ! By the merit of erecting this scripture, And holding and reading it, May we brothers and sisters and retinue, And the patrons who provide sustenance, Have auspiciousness and long life in this life, And be complete with happiness and well-being, And whenever we pass away from this world, May we be reborn in a place with cows.
