The fifteen great matters, those who always drink blood, Where a child is not conceived, and where a fetus does not remain, When men and women unite, they also make the senses intoxicated. The me-me-po and nur-nur-po, they do evil with the seed of the child. Whatever womb is hardened, the spirit that does not produce flesh, these make children afraid, these steal children and do evil, making children afraid, drawn by the noose of the Sutra, these are made utterly submissive. The great leader of the Yaksha army, called Gandharva Chandra, having sought that letter hand seal, go, is a fierce demon. The peaceful one and the king of beasts, the withering one, the forgetting one, the fist-holder, the demoness and Jāmika, the desirous one and the boat, the decaying one and the displeasing one, the bird and the neck-handed one, the face ornament and the drooping-eyed one, bring these fifteen here! Om Vajra Yaksha Sarva Vighnan Vajra Am Kusha Ja. Before this, the fifteen great demons, bound as if by five bonds, become obedient and stay! Sarva Vighnan Ja Hum Bam Ho. You all, in the past, before the Victorious One, with palms joined, prayed thus: In a village or dog house or city, wherever it is well spoken, where this Sutra resides, children will not die. Great Sage, may you truly follow accordingly. You all, having promised thus, remember the vows of the past! Om Vajra Samaya Hana Hana Hum Phat. Many jewels and beautiful forms, boundless and free from all fear, I prostrate to the Thus-Gone One!
