将其投入，并让所有人都说“呸”。如果出现不祥之兆，如山石落在田地里等情况，在所有水獭的嘴上用煤炭画十字。头上戴一小块布，将小石块放在朵玛和遣除物中。如果发生灾难，在一块灾难皮毛的底座上画上母神的形象，放在朵玛的底部，由朵玛师携带。如果放在施主那里，则朵玛的修法不会变热。为了遣除灾难的份额，用装饰品装饰朵玛供品，但不要装饰根本朵玛。对于灾难鬼的林伽，按照仪轨进行诛杀，对于未被火水触及的灾难之首，画上林伽，放在朵玛底部，进行勾招和安住。将林伽放入灾难之首，交给土地财富美好的地主白方住所，则灾难即可止息。如果不这样做，遣除物本身也无法奏效。如果人患重病，要切断死亡之根，也要画出死者的食肉鬼林伽，按照上述方法进行勾招、安住和诛杀。对于患有恶灵的病人，也要制作疾病鬼的林伽等，与此类似。对于小鬼，也按照上述方法制作小鬼林伽，进行诛杀和供养即可。如果非常重要，则焚烧林伽，或者将里切、猫或小狗的头骨压在门槛下，进行马舞。如果非常重要，在所有时段，也要以忿怒尊胜军的力量所说的轮相争斗的观想和猛咒，严厉地制伏有害者。之后，如果出现平息的征兆，则献上朵玛和遣除物。这是一个强大的事业瑜伽，所以首先要用供养和白朵玛来安抚地方神，做三份或赎命朵玛、障碍朵玛或一百个昌布等，献给债主。讲述佛法，磨砺真理。作为后盾，诵读《般若经》，洒洒水朵玛，以此积累资粮。对于那些不把任何这些放在眼里的邪魔，用勾招、安住和诛杀来彻底制伏。对于仔细计算财富流失和损失增加的人，这是不让自己遭受损失，以及让施主吉祥的独特口诀。这些是难以理解的秘密口诀和口头教授，非常详细的内容无法写下来，要按照所见传承和自己的智慧来分辨。这是持咒者噶玛扬达在多次受到恳请后，由持咒瑜伽士噶玛阿惹嘎作为备忘录记录下来的。

Cast it away and let everyone say "Phei!" ༈ If there are bad omens, such as mountains and stones falling into fields, draw a cross with charcoal on all the otter's mouths. Place a small piece of cloth on the head, and place small stones inside the Torma and the Repelling. If a disaster occurs, draw the image of a Matrika on a piece of disaster skin, place it at the base of the Torma, and have the Torma maker carry it. If it is placed with the patron, the Torma practice will not become warm. To avert the share of disaster, decorate the Torma offering, but do not decorate the root Torma. For the Linga of the disaster ghost, perform the subjugation according to the ritual. For the head of the disaster that has not been touched by fire or water, draw a Linga, place it at the base of the Torma, and perform the summoning and abiding. Place the Linga in the head of the disaster, and entrust it to the white-sided abode of the land-owning deity who is good at wealth, then the disaster will cease. If this is not done, the repelling itself will not be effective. If a person has a severe illness and needs to cut off the root of death, also draw the Linga of the flesh-eating ghost of the deceased person, and perform the summoning, abiding, and subjugation as above. For a sick person possessed by a demon, also make a Linga of the disease ghost, etc., similar to this. For a small evil spirit, also make a Linga of the small evil spirit as above, and it is sufficient to perform the subjugation and offering. If it is very important, burn the Linga, or press the skull of a rilche, cat, or puppy under the threshold and perform the horse dance. If it is very important, at all times, also with the visualization of the wheel of conflict and the fierce mantra spoken by the power of the Wrathful King, severely subdue the harmful one. After that, if signs of pacification appear, offer the Torma and the Repelling. This is a great and powerful action yoga, so first appease the local deities with burnt offerings and white Tormas, and make three parts or ransom Tormas, obstacle Tormas, or a hundred Changbu, etc., and dedicate them to the karmic creditors. Tell the Dharma, sharpen the truth. As a support, recite the Prajnaparamita Sutra and sprinkle water Tormas to accumulate merit. For those demons and obstacles who do not value any of these, completely subdue them with summoning, abiding, and subjugation. For those who carefully calculate the loss of wealth and the increase of loss, this is a unique instruction to prevent loss for oneself and to bring auspiciousness to the patron. These are secret instructions and oral teachings that are difficult to understand, and the very detailed content cannot be written down, but should be discerned according to the lineage of sight and one's own wisdom. This was recorded as a memorandum by the mantra-holding yogi Karma Araga at the urging of the mantra-holder Karma Yangdak after repeated requests.
