Fulfill the commitment with the gana feast. Fulfill the commitment with bali tormas. Fulfill the commitment with red rakta. Fulfill the commitment with amrita medicine. Fulfill the commitment with view, meditation, and conduct. By the blessings of fulfilling the commitment, please avert outer and inner obstacles. Please avert the fear of great decline. Please accomplish the four activities. Ah Samaya, Ah Samaya, Hum Samaya. From Om Gana Chakra Sata Samaya, etc., up to the hundred-syllable mantra Satva Ah. And all the refuge objects who are witnesses, from lifetime to lifetime until now, all violations and deteriorations of the samaya, I fulfill and confess with the tsok. Bhuru Deva Dakini Gana Chakra Khahi Shuddhe Ah. After that, if it is a torma reversal, then the wrathful activity should be expanded. If gathering, then make a tsok linga of dough, or if unable, then take pieces of dough and meat and place them. Hum! By the power of truth of the fierce deity assembly, the hateful enemies and harmful demons, and the oath-breakers who create obstacles, in order to kill them in the tsok, summon them to the tsok. From the syllable Dza (藏文：ཛ) arises the horse-faced iron hook mother. One becomes a hundred thousand million. With the burning iron hook, hook and come! Hook! Vajra Amkusha Dza (藏文：བཛྲ་ཨཾ་ཀུ་ཤ་ཛ，梵文天城体：वज्र अंकुश ज，梵文罗马拟音：vajra aṃkuśa ja，Vajra Hook Born). From the syllable Hum arises the pig-faced lasso mother. One becomes a hundred thousand million. With the burning lasso, bind and come! Bind! Vajra Pasha Hum (藏文：བཛྲ་པཱ་ཤ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：वज्र पाश हुं，梵文罗马拟音：vajra pāśa hūṃ，Vajra Noose Hum). Hum! From the syllable Pam (藏文：པཾ) arises the monkey-faced iron chain mother. One becomes a hundred thousand million. With the burning iron chain, restrain and come! Restrain! With the burning bell, strike the form! Make them intoxicated! Ghante Ho (藏文：གྷནྡྷེ་ཧོ，梵文天城体：घण्टे हो，梵文罗马拟音：ghaṇṭe ho，Bell Ho). Hum! Great Supreme Lotus Skull Garland Power, together with the fierce and blazing wrathful assembly, holding vajra kīla, iron hook, lasso, great axe, and burning objects. This poisonous five aggregates of enemies and obstacles, seize with the iron hook and pin down with the kīla. Destroy them like dust particles, and transfer their consciousness to the Dharmadhatu. Guru Vajra Krodha Nidri, enemies and obstacles, blood, Hum, Maraya Phat! Having killed them in this way, make the offering: Hum! Open the mouths of the guru, yidam, and dakinis! Completely liberate the three realms, put the enemies and obstacles into the mouth, and dissolve them into the wide throat of the fierce Horkong, equality of samsara and nirvana.
