Fix the syllable 'Ba' without it rotating, and focus on the light rotating clockwise like 'Kili Kili', practice this for about three days. After that, it is very important to meditate on the syllable 'Bhi' (བྷི) at the navel without it rotating, like a needle stuck on a cushion, without any movement. If it rotates, then say 'So'. The mantra garland at the end, 'Vajra Guru Ayu', the letters of that mantra, like many people circumambulating, in order for the letters to stand up, first rotate slowly to the right, then gradually faster, and finally rotate so fast that you can't even see it rotating, for three days. These three focuses are the practice, the close practice, and the accomplishment focus of this method. Similarly, from your own heart, rays of five-colored light emanate, mostly yellow, with tips that are soft, thin, flickering, and shaped like lightning, immeasurably projecting towards the south. As it exists in a spherical form, (the light) radiates towards the north. All the yakshas and other northern demons, goblins, spirits, deities, and demons, all those who steal one's life, take away the soul, and steal life, all transform into shimmering white light, luminous points of light with an oily sheen, round like eggs or relics, hook them back, and meditate that they dissolve into oneself from the crown of one's head. Again, from one's heart, five-colored rays of light, predominantly blue, radiate, filling the sky above and reaching the peak of existence. All the gods and demons, such as Brahma, Indra, the evil demons, the fierce ones, and the Joyful Lord, and all the planets and stars of the intermediate realm, all the life that they have taken, plundered, and stolen from their hands, gather into the form of white light points, hook them back, and contemplate them dissolving into oneself. Again, from one's heart, five-colored rays of light, predominantly dark blue, radiate downwards into the depths of the great ocean. All the nagas, such as the Joyful Naga King and the Lotus Naga King, and the earth lords, the Great Powerful Ones, the Four Classes, etc., all the gods, demons, and obstructing forces dwelling on the earth, all the life that they have plundered, looted, stolen, and taken away, all gather involuntarily.
