贪心嗔恨邪见等，意之三不善业皆忏悔。杀父母师长阿罗汉等，于如来身生恶意等，造作五无间罪皆忏悔。杀比丘比丘尼及破戒尼，毁坏佛像佛塔寺庙等，造近五无间罪皆忏悔。以三宝佛堂经书等，作为凭证立誓盟等，舍法恶业皆忏悔。较杀三界有情罪更重者，诋毁诸菩萨等，造作无意义之大罪皆忏悔。听闻善业之利益恶业之过患，以及地狱之痛苦寿量等，却认为不真实是虚构之言，此较五无间罪更甚之恶业，造作无解脱之恶业皆忏悔。四根本罪及十三剩余罪，舍堕罪及单堕罪五部类，违犯别解脱戒皆忏悔。黑法四种及堕罪五五相续，菩萨学处违犯皆忏悔。十四根本堕及八支分粗罪，违犯密咒誓言皆忏悔。未受戒律所作不善业，行不净行及饮酒等，自性罪过皆忏悔，未觉罪为罪皆忏悔。虽得皈依戒律灌顶等，然未守护彼等戒律誓言，违犯所制之罪皆忏悔。无悔则忏悔不能清净，如先前所作罪业如毒入腹，以羞愧恐惧及大后悔心忏悔。若无决心防护未来则不能清净，未来纵遇命难亦不作不善业，今于内心立誓。祈愿善逝无量光如来及诸子，加持我等相续完全清净。闻他人行善之时，舍弃嫉妒不善之心，从内心欢喜随喜，如是说能获得同等之福德。是故对于诸圣者及凡夫，所作一切善业皆随喜。于无上菩提发起殊胜之心，对于所作广大之利生事业皆随喜。

Greed, hatred, and wrong views, I confess all three mental non-virtues. Killing parents, teachers, arhats, and others, Generating evil thoughts towards the body of the Buddha, I confess accumulating the karma of the five inexpiable sins. Killing monks and novices, and causing nuns to fall, Destroying statues, stupas, temples, and so on, I confess committing sins close to the five inexpiable sins. Taking the Three Jewels, temples, scriptures, and the three supports, As witnesses, setting limits, taking oaths, and so on, I confess accumulating the evil karma of abandoning the Dharma. The sin greater than killing sentient beings in the three realms, Slandering the Bodhisattvas, I confess accumulating great sins without purpose. The benefits of virtue, the faults of sin, And the suffering and lifespan of hells, and so on, Hearing them, yet thinking they are untrue and just stories, This evil karma is worse than the five inexpiable sins, I confess accumulating evil karma without liberation. The four defeats and the thirteen remainders, The downfall of abandonment, confession, and the five categories of misdeeds, I confess violating the vows of individual liberation. The four black dharmas and the fivefold succession of downfalls, I confess violating the Bodhisattva precepts. The fourteen root downfalls and the eight branch gross transgressions, I confess violating the secret mantra vows. Doing non-virtuous deeds without having taken vows, Engaging in impure conduct and drinking alcohol, and so on, These are naturally blameworthy sins, I confess not knowing sin as sin. Even having received refuge, vows, empowerment, and so on, Not knowing how to protect those vows and commitments, I confess incurring the transgressions that have been prescribed. Without regret, confession does not purify, So the sins done before are like poison entering the stomach, I confess with shame, fear, dread, and great regret. Without the intention to restrain in the future, it will not purify, So even if my life is at stake in the future, I will not do non-virtuous deeds, Now I make a firm commitment in my mind. May the Sugata, Amitabha, with his sons, Bless my continuum to be completely purified. When hearing others doing virtuous deeds, Abandoning jealousy and non-virtuous thoughts towards them, Rejoicing from the heart, It is said that one obtains the same merit. Therefore, for all the virtuous deeds done by noble ones and ordinary beings, I rejoice. Having generated the supreme mind of unsurpassed enlightenment, I rejoice in the vast deeds of benefiting beings.

Oh! Abandoning the ten non-virtues, practicing the ten virtues. Saving the lives of others, giving generously. Guarding vows, speaking truthfully. Mediating disputes, speaking peacefully and justly. Speaking meaningful words, reducing desires. Cultivating loving-kindness and compassion, practicing the Dharma. I rejoice and applaud all these virtues. In all the realms of the ten directions, In places not too far from perfect enlightenment, For those beings, the wheel of Dharma, I urge to turn widely and swiftly. I pray that with your manifest wisdom, you know this matter. Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Dharma-holding virtuous friends. For all those who wish to pass into Nirvana, I pray that you do not pass into Nirvana, but remain in this world. Representing with these, all the virtues I have accumulated in the three times, I dedicate them for the benefit of all sentient beings. May all beings quickly attain unsurpassed Bodhi, And uproot the three realms of samsara from their depths. May that virtue quickly ripen for me, In this life, may the eighteen untimely deaths be pacified. May I possess a healthy, youthful, and strong body, May wealth be inexhaustible like a summer lotus. May there be no harm from demons and enemies, and may I practice the sacred Dharma. May all wishes be fulfilled according to the Dharma. May great benefits be accomplished for the teachings and beings. May the meaningful human body be attained. May I and all those connected to me, Immediately after passing away from this life, The emanation Buddha Amitabha, Surrounded by a Sangha of monks, Appear manifestly before me. Seeing them, may my mind be joyful and the vision be beautiful, May there be no suffering of death. The eight Bodhisattva brothers, Come to the sky with miraculous powers. For those who go to Sukhavati, May they guide the way and lead the direction. The suffering of the lower realms is unbearable, The happiness of gods and humans is impermanent and changing, May fear arise towards them. From beginningless time until now, This samsara is so long. May renunciation arise towards it. Even if one can be reborn as a human from a human, One has experienced countless births, aging, sickness, and death. In the degenerate age, there are many obstacles, The happiness of humans and gods, Is like food mixed with poison, May there be no attachment to it. Relatives, food, wealth, companions, Like impermanent illusions, like dreams, May there be no attachment to them. Land, territory
