從極樂世界而來無量光，身像、咒鬘、手印等，如雪花暴風般降臨，融入亡者之身。吽！極樂淨土所有諸佛，祈請降臨此地，賜予廣大加持。祈請為具緣具信者灌頂，遣除迷亂、引導解脫之障礙。搖動鈴鐺，念誦此咒三或七遍：嗡 阿彌爹瓦 吽！（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མི་དྷེ་ཝ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城體：ओṃ अमिताभ हूँ，梵文羅馬擬音：oṃ amitābha hūṃ，漢語字面意思：嗡 阿彌陀佛 吽！）班雜 阿 威夏亞 阿 阿！（藏文：བཛྲ་ཨཱཿཝེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨ་ཨཱཿ，梵文天城體：वज्र आः वेशय आ आः，梵文羅馬擬音：vajra āḥ veśaya ā āḥ，漢語字面意思：金剛 阿 入 阿 阿！）以金剛杵置於頭頂之姿，諦叉 班雜！（藏文：ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ།，梵文天城體：तिष्ठ वज्र，梵文羅馬擬音：tiṣṭha vajra，漢語字面意思：安住 金剛！）然後手持寶瓶，吽！諦聽，已逝世之弟子。此寶瓶外觀看來，雖是珍貴寶瓶，然其內部乃珍貴之宮殿，其內安住著無量光，以及極樂世界之諸佛。從彼處降下如雨般之加持，融入汝之身，願能圓滿獲得四種灌頂。嗡 阿彌爹瓦 迪 嘎雅 瓦嘎 चित्त 薩爾瓦 阿比欽雜 吽！（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མི་དྷེ་ཝ་དྷཱི་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་སརྦ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城體：ओṃ अमिताभ धी काय वाक चित्त सर्व अभिषिञ्च हूँ，梵文羅馬擬音：oṃ amitābha dhī kāya vāk citta sarva abhiṣiñca hūṃ，漢語字面意思：嗡 阿彌陀佛 智 身 語 意 一切 灌頂 吽！）於此之際，念誦食物供養文：ཨཾ༔ ཅ། དང་༔ 拿摩 爹瓦 班雜耶！（藏文：ན་མོ་དྷེ་ཝ་པཉྩ་ཡེ།，梵文天城體：नमो धेव पञ्चये，梵文羅馬擬音：namo dheva pañcaye，漢語字面意思：頂禮 天 神）食物佈施：以擦擦之背面作為依據，如此念誦：於意合之容器中，肉、乳酪、酥油、酒、茶等，轉化為無漏、生樂之智慧甘露本質。嗡 班雜 斯巴拉納 康！（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སྤ་ར་ཎ་ཁཾ།，梵文天城體：ओṃ वज्र स्परण खं，梵文羅馬擬音：oṃ vajra sparaṇa khaṃ，漢語字面意思：嗡 金剛 遍滿 虛空！）願中陰之眾生以氣味滿足。 將食物殘羹拋灑後，如此念誦：唉呀！已逝之種姓之子，若因食物不足，或前世之債務，或將轉生為餓鬼，我以此供養，藉由三根本之真實力，願你如所供養般獲得。薩爾瓦 達他嘎達 吽！（藏文：སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城體：सर्व तथागत हूँ，梵文羅馬擬音：sarva tathāgata hūṃ，漢語字面意思：一切 如來 吽！）以擦擦之背面作為依據，手持八吉祥物，然後如此念誦：喔！已逝之亡者，請諦聽！我將此八吉祥物，如所給予般獲得，願吉祥圓滿成就。阿紮芒嘎拉 吽！（藏文：ཨཊྚ་མཾ་ག་ལཾ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城體：अट्ट मंगलं हूँ，梵文羅馬擬音：aṭṭa maṃgalaṃ hūṃ，漢語字面意思：八 吉祥 吽！）以擦擦之背面作為依據，手持七政寶，如此念誦：唉瑪！種姓之子，請諦聽！我將此七珍寶，如所供養般獲得，願如轉輪聖王般成就。拉那 紮雅 芒嘎拉 吽！（藏文：རཏྣ་དྲ་བྱ་མཾ་ག་ལཾ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城體：रत्न द्रब्य मंगलं हूँ，梵文羅馬擬音：ratna drabya maṃgalaṃ hūṃ，漢語字面意思：珍寶 供養 吉祥 吽！）以擦擦之背面作為依據，手持四部空行母之身像，如此念誦

From Sukhavati, the immeasurable light's body, mantra garlands, and hand implements come like a blizzard, gently dissolving into the deceased. Hūṃ! All the deities of the Great Bliss realm, I invite you to this place, please bestow great blessings. Please grant supreme empowerment to this fortunate and faithful one, clear away the obstacles of delusion and guide them to liberation. Ring the bell and recite this mantra three or seven times: Oṃ Amitābha Hūṃ! (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མི་དྷེ་ཝ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城體：ओṃ अमिताभ हूँ，梵文羅馬擬音：oṃ amitābha hūṃ，漢語字面意思：Om Amitabha Hum!) Vajra Āḥ Veśaya Ā Āḥ! (藏文：བཛྲ་ཨཱཿཝེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨ་ཨཱཿ，梵文天城體：वज्र आः वेशय आ आः，梵文羅馬擬音：vajra āḥ veśaya ā āḥ，漢語字面意思：Vajra Ah Enter Ah Ah!) In the manner of placing the vajra on the head, Tiṣṭha Vajra! (藏文：ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ།，梵文天城體：तिष्ठ वज्र，梵文羅馬擬音：tiṣṭha vajra，漢語字面意思：Stay Vajra!) Then, holding the vase in your hand, Hūṃ! Listen, deceased disciple. This vase, outwardly, although it is a precious vase, inside is a precious palace. Inside it resides Amitābha, and the deities of Sukhavati dwell. From there, blessings descend like rain, dissolving into your body, may you completely obtain the four empowerments. Oṃ Amitābha Dhī Kāya Vāka Citta Sarva Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མི་དྷེ་ཝ་དྷཱི་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་སརྦ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城體：ओṃ अमिताभ धी काय वाक चित्त सर्व अभिषिञ्च हूँ，梵文羅馬擬音：oṃ amitābha dhī kāya vāk citta sarva abhiṣiñca hūṃ，漢語字面意思：Om Amitabha Wisdom Body Speech Mind All Consecrate Hum!) At this point, recite the food offering: Aṃ! Ca! And! Namo Dheva Pañcaye! (藏文：ན་མོ་དྷེ་ཝ་པཉྩ་ཡེ།，梵文天城體：नमो धेव पञ्चये，梵文羅馬擬音：namo dheva pañcaye，漢語字面意思：Homage to the Five Gods!) Food offering: Using the back of the tsakli as a basis, recite these words: In a harmonious vessel, meat, curd, butter, alcohol, and tea, transformed into the essence of wisdom nectar, which generates uncontaminated bliss. Oṃ Vajra Sparana Khaṃ! (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སྤ་ར་ཎ་ཁཾ།，梵文天城體：ओṃ वज्र स्परण खं，梵文羅馬擬音：oṃ vajra sparaṇa khaṃ，漢語字面意思：Om Vajra Pervade Space!) May the beings of the bardo be satisfied by the scent. After scattering the remnants of the food, recite these words: Alas! Son of the deceased lineage, if there is a lack of food and drink, or debts from previous lives, or if you are about to be born in the realm of pretas, I dedicate this offering, by the truth of the three roots, may you receive it as it is offered. Sarva Tathāgata Hūṃ! (藏文：སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城體：सर्व तथागत हूँ，梵文羅馬擬音：sarva tathāgata hūṃ，漢語字面意思：All Tathagatas Hum!) Using the back of the tsakli as a basis, hold the eight auspicious symbols in your hand. Then recite in this way: Oh, deceased one, listen! I give these eight auspicious symbols, may you receive them as they are given, and may auspiciousness and well-being be accomplished. Aṭṭa Maṃgalaṃ Hūṃ! (藏文：ཨཊྚ་མཾ་ག་ལཾ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城體：अट्ट मंगलं हूँ，梵文羅馬擬音：aṭṭa maṃgalaṃ hūṃ，漢語字面意思：Eight Auspicious Hum!) Using the back of the tsakli as a basis, hold the seven royal emblems. Then recite in this way: Ema! Son of the lineage, listen! I offer these seven precious jewels, may you receive them as they are offered, and may you become like a Chakravartin. Ratna Drabya Maṃgalaṃ Hūṃ! (藏文：རཏྣ་དྲ་བྱ་མཾ་ག་ལཾ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城體：रत्न द्रब्य मंगलं हूँ，梵文羅馬擬音：ratna drabya maṃgalaṃ hūṃ，漢語字面意思：Jewel Offering Auspicious Hum!) Using the back of the tsakli as a basis, hold the images of the four classes of dakinis, and recite in this way.
