未曾有之事， 令自心不悦，生起忧伤。 如生意失败老妪，安慰自己。 然已明白入佛门之意义。 今生此身不由自主，已断绝生门。 愿何时死后，往生极乐净土。 五种意识片段之生起， 于药师佛前，修药师佛之事业。 于莲师前，虹身持明者， 为追随者，作守护与助伴。 夏玛仁波切利益噶举教法， 不变仁波切利益宁玛教法。 亦得见印度比丘十六罗汉尊颜， 实则恒常安住于极乐净土。 依止无量光与观世音菩萨二者， 视为不离之根本上师，承侍恭敬。 于彼刹土，现证菩提。 如是授记，愿能成就且必成就。 此乃前世业果与愿力， 以及今生亦复如是转变之， 积聚福德，广发大愿。 愿与我有关联之一切众生，终极之时， 皆能被引至彼刹土，安立于菩提。 此乃发愿回向之印封心要。 一切法中，发心最为重要， 缘起不虚，因果真实不欺。 故深信定能如是成就。 如是血脉传承秘密传记， 乃大持明者不变金刚， 给予纸张敲打而成之书一本， 云需书写传记。 为不违背其教言，故略作书写， 其中若有抵触错谬之处，皆忏悔之。 愿以此善根，我及与我有关联者， 皆于极乐清净刹土证得佛果。 吉祥圆满！ 比丘罗睺罗阿悉以之与世间自在主血脉相连之秘密传记。
