A Separate Biography of the Teacher Named Shedrup, Delighting the Impartial. A Separate Biography of the Teacher Named Shedrup, Delighting the Impartial. A Separate Biography of the Teacher Named Shedrup, Delighting the Impartial. Homage to Guru Manjughosha). With pure white virtues and the two accumulations, the supreme body is beautiful with the glory of marks and signs. Perfectly showing the pure Dharma, the supreme speech possesses sixty qualities. Directly seeing all the various Dharmas, the supreme mind has no attachment or aversion. To whomsoever possesses these qualities, the teacher of gods and humans, King Shakya, I respectfully prostrate. Although enlightened from a long time ago, In the manner of a Bodhisattva, in countless realms, Taking on the burden of accomplishing the deeds of the Buddhas, I bow to the Regent Mipham Jamyang. Through the pure connection of aspiration and prayer, All the scriptures and realizations of the Thubpa (Buddha), Holding them as they are, Nagarjuna, Asanga, and others, I bow to all the assemblies of scholars and siddhas of the noble land of India. In the northern direction, the unprecedented sacred Dharma, Through translation, commentary, teaching, and practice, Establishing the tradition of the Thubten (Buddha's teachings), flourishing and expanding, I always praise the kind translators and panditas. The words and meanings of the Sutras, Tantras, and their commentaries, Comprehending them as they are and skillfully instructing others, I bow to the lord of the teachings, Dharma Lord Buton, and The one known as the second Lozang Gyalwa (Tsongkhapa). After the passing of Lozang Nyinjed Wangpo (Tsongkhapa), the sun, Many scholars, like constellations, gathered in the fortress of treatises, Some, like meteors, shone brightly, accompanied by joyful play, And some were busy like birds flapping their wings and soaring with eloquent explanations. Thus, previously I, Regarding how I studied and contemplated in this life, Wrote a common biography, Slightly expanded at the request of others, And it was completed, printed, and circulated. However, apart from that biography, I do not truly possess one, But several faithful and impartial disciples, Requested that I explain the differences between your common biography and Uncommon biography, As well as your previous life lineages and How you practiced virtue, And requested that I explain them clearly without concealing anything, Therefore, I write this without refusing their request. Among them, the common biography is What I actually did in this life.

E! This has been said before, and is already known from what has been seen, but for the sake of encouragement, it is summarized again and some additions are made. The uncommon biography related to real experiences and feelings, although following in the footsteps of the lotus in the sky, is only symbolically told like a shadow. That is also due to the connection of karma and aspiration, going to Ü-Tsang, entering the monastery, for about two and a half years, staying in the debating courtyard, debating textbooks, about two hundred pages, memorized and mastered. The content of all the large and small debating textbooks, quickly understood and known, thinking it might be previous habits. Not only that, but also recited the Pramāṇavārttika's, branch Mind and Sign, and some parts of the text. As a result of such studies, many debating textbooks have been written, and the plates of both Mind and Sign have also been carved. In Upper Lhasa Tantric College and Sera Monastery also, the establishment of the debating courtyard textbooks and, some debates were held. After entering the monastery, in the Sera Monastery's, Great Assembly Hall during the Ri-ro, seven times of establishment were successfully conducted. The four, Abhidharma, Vinaya, Prajñāpāramitā, and Madhyamaka, can be recited, repeated and not forgotten, and after being named Lhapa, entered the Tantric College, and there, three times of establishment were conducted. In order to receive the Bhikshu vows at Tashilhunpo Monastery, when going there and debating with some scholars there, they said, it would be good to establish in the Great Assembly Hall. Thinking that greed and hatred would arise, I did not agree to establish. Afterwards, in Sera Monastery, Drepung Monastery, and Ganden Monastery, after establishing, I returned to my hometown, due to the connection of good aspirations, proclaimed the complete Kangyur, and was appointed as the, first abbot of this nominal monastery. At that time, together with Koushi Rinpoche, with the union of skillful means and wisdom, the monastery was newly built, and new rules and regulations and codes of conduct were established, so that teaching and practice were well developed. In this way, in secular and Dharma matters, initially to this monastery, great help was provided, but some ungrateful people, although they do not understand, others are very happy. Similarly, as the, first Khenpo of the newly established Tantric College, I have done many things to help the Tantric College, such as lecturing on the Tantric commentaries, generation and completion stages, and writing.
