With tinkling sounds and gestures, displaying captivating and beautiful forms, proclaiming hundreds of thousands of melodious sounds like an ocean, with profound and vast wisdom and compassion as clear as the sun and moon, I praise the body, speech, and mind of the goddess, the daughter of Brahma. With a lotus-like face and eyes like fluttering bumblebees, with a high, dark blue hairstyle half-bound, the melodious goddess swaying with graceful dance, please grant me excellent wisdom and courage. This praise and supplication can be applied to both Saraswatis. Then, visualize the goddess's tongue transforming into a white vajra shape, marked with the syllable རཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ram, Romanized Sanskrit: ram, literal Chinese meaning: let). After reciting "ཨོོཾ་སྭ་ར་སྭ་སྟི་ཧྲཱིཾ་ཨ་ཨཱ་ནས་ཨཾ་ཨཿ," offer butter and add aspiration prayers. Then, contemplate that all the offering sticks transform into the nature of the Bodhi tree. Recite "ཨོོཾ་སྭ་ར་སྭ་སྟྱཻ་ཧྲཱིཾཿ ཨ་ཨཱ་ནས་ཨཾ་ཨཿ ཨོོཾ་བོ་དྷི་བྲྀ ཀྵ་ཡེ་སྭཱཧཱ་," etc., and as before, add offerings, mantras, and aspiration prayers. If it is not possible to complete everything, it is acceptable to add them only at the beginning and the end. The number is generally three, seven, twenty-one, etc., but it is not necessarily fixed. However, the number of offering sticks, butter, and sesame should be large, and especially to purify the faults of excess and deficiency, sesame should be offered in large quantities. It is also good to offer more of the three sweets and red flowers. Then, offer seven full ladles, and worship and praise with two waters, sensual pleasures, and musical instruments. Generally, it does not seem necessary to offer a torma to the past fire deity, but according to the tradition of offering here, place the torma in a vessel and purify it. Visualize that from emptiness, from ཨོོཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: om, Romanized Sanskrit: om, literal Chinese meaning: om), a precious vessel is vast and wide, and within it, ཨོོཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: om, Romanized Sanskrit: om, literal Chinese meaning: om) dissolves into light, from which the torma arises, becoming a great ocean of wisdom nectar. Bless it three times by adding three letters after the syllable A (ཨ་, Devanagari: a, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal Chinese meaning: A). Recite "ཨོོཾ་སྭ་ར་སྭ་སྟྱཻ་ཧྲཱིཾཿ ཨ་ཨཱ་ནས ཨཾ་ཨཿ ཨོོཾ་ཨ་ཀ་རོ་," etc., seven or three times, and then offer it into the fire altar. When offering red offerings, it is also acceptable not to recite the vowel letters. Then, offer mouthwash with "ཨོོཾ་བཛྲ་ཏཾ་བུ་ལ་ཡེ་སྭཱ ཧཱ," and offer a pair of clothes with "ཨོོཾ་བཛྲ་ཝསྟྲ་ཡེ་སྭཱཧཱ." Worship and praise with "ཨོོཾ་སྭ་ར་སྭ་སྟི་ཨརྒྷཾ་ནས་ཤཔྟའི་བར་," and after reciting the hundred-syllable mantra, join the palms of your hands. Recite "Whatever I, due to my foolishness..." etc., and "Please forgive the excesses and deficiencies."

You accomplish all beings' benefit, from... please come forth. The wisdom being departs to its natural abode, the samaya being dissolves into oneself. Ja Hum Bam Hoh (Tibetan: ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ). Again, offer to the worldly fire god: Om Vajra Jwala Ram (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཛྭ་ལ་རཾ།). Offer butter three times while reciting this. Again, say that from the burning of the wisdom fire, it transforms into the form of the fire god. Offer the remaining substances as before with either long or short mantras. Also offer saffron and silk. Purify, generate, and bless the torma as before. Bless it three times with A-ka-ro (Tibetan: ཨ་ཀ་རོ་). Then, offer as before three or seven times with Om Agnaye (Tibetan: ཨོོཾ་ཨགྣ་ཡེ།), A-ka-ro, etc. Praise by saying: Fire, the god who consumes burnt offerings. From "Partake of this offering torma" to "May all wishes of the mind be fulfilled," entrust the activity. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra, then confess with "Unobtained," etc. And, "The god who consumes burnt offerings, accomplishing self's and others' benefit, departs. Just as it is, please come at the right time and accomplish all my siddhis." Say: The fire god, the wisdom being, departs to its natural abode. The samaya being transforms into the form of blazing fire. Then, dedicate, make aspirations, and say auspicious words. After that, it is also good to offer the torma to the local deities and three portions of offerings. When offering again, discard the large, still-burning firewood inside the hearth, press down the ashes, pile new wood on top, and offer as before. At that time, in order to prevent the hearth from quickly deteriorating, it is especially good to apply mud well to the inner surface. Sarva Mangalam (Tibetan: སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།།). All auspiciousness! The practice and method of fire offering of Saraswati, white and red combined—The sun that expands the lotus garden of intelligence.
