I. To indicate the afterlife, I pray to the goddess. I prostrate to the noble holder of treasures and the giver of wealth. I praise the Queen Mother Goddess with reverence. For the sentient beings suffering in these degenerate times, please consider them with compassion and grant the supreme accomplishment of fulfilling all wishes. I prostrate and praise all the wealth deities, including the giver Arya Jambhala (Tibetan: ཨཱཪྱ་ཛམྦྷ་ལ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: आर्य जम्भल, Sanskrit Romanization: ārya jambhala, Literal Chinese Meaning: Noble Jambhala), and their retinues. May all misfortunes and calamities of the yogi, myself, and the patrons and their retinues be pacified through the offerings, praises, and prayers to you all, and may all wishes be fulfilled as desired. May war, famine, and epidemics be pacified in this place and region, and may longevity, health, and the increase of wealth and prosperity spread in all directions with auspicious glory. Then, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra and confess with the four lines beginning with "What has not been obtained completely." If there is a representation, then stabilize it with the four lines beginning with "Here, together with the form." If not, then recite "Om Vajra Muh (Tibetan: ཨོོཾ་བཛྲ་མུཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र मुः, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra muḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om Vajra Muh)," and pray that the guests return to their respective abodes, and dismiss them. Finally, perform dedication, aspiration, and auspicious prayers as appropriate. At the request of the faithful, for the benefit of others, I have easily compiled the well-known ritual for offering to the wealth deities. May all beings be liberated from the suffering of poverty through this virtuous deed, and may all happiness, wealth, and glory be perfected, and may they enjoy treasures like the sky. This was written by the Shakya monk named Shedup, relying on the oral tradition of the previous masters, at the request of Dodey Dhaten Gyatso Kyap, who hoped that I could make some slight revisions. It is said that if one properly offers to these wealth deities, not only in this life but also in future lives, one will become wealthy, which is certainly of great significance. The scribe in between is Telo's mantra holder, the wise Tsewang Gonpo. May it be auspicious and complete! A ritual for offering to the Great King Namtösé, Jambhala, and Norgyün, the three wealth deities and their retinues, which bestows accomplishment and glory.
