愿我生于兜率天，不隔其他生世，在弥勒的住所，名为意喜法幢之处，迅速以供养、承侍等方式令弥勒欢喜，弥勒为我授记，未来你于此时将成名为某某的佛陀。如是祈愿。又说：生生世世依止弥勒怙主，身像庄严，开显密意，供养赞颂祈祷发愿，恒常精进，在此所作一切，皆愿成为于彼尊前受生，蒙受摄受之因。入于胜者所说弥勒发愿广大海，虽欲取受义妙之宝，然因错乱之波涛而漂向他方，所有过失，于能自在弥勒怙主前忏悔。以善说之善妙风力，死后迁往弥勒尊前，彼尊未来现证菩提时，愿我成为殊胜眷属，获得授记。彼时彼之所有正法，善加受持，广弘教法，令弥勒欢喜，直至菩提心藏之间，不离摄受，速疾获得菩提。如是弥勒发愿之释，名为通往兜率天之妙道，乃由释迦比丘名称讲修者，于自身七十岁时，于卓尼寺中以信心所造，书写者为达依拉隆洛桑顿珠。愿此亦能利益至尊之教法！吉祥！弥勒发愿之释：通往兜率天之妙道。

May I be born in Tushita, without interruption by other lifetimes, and in the abode of Maitreya, called Yidga Chodzin, may I quickly please Maitreya by offering, serving, and so on, and may Maitreya prophesy to me that in the future, you will become a Buddha named so-and-so at this time. Thus I pray. Furthermore, it is said: In all lifetimes, relying on Maitreya, may the form be adorned, the secret meanings revealed, offerings and praises made, prayers and aspirations offered. May all efforts made here be the cause of being born in his presence and being embraced. Entering the vast ocean of Maitreya's aspirations spoken by the Victorious One, although desiring to take the precious jewel of meaning, due to the waves of confusion, I am carried elsewhere. All faults, I confess before the powerful Maitreya. By the power of the good wind of excellent speech, may I pass away and go to the presence of Maitreya, and when that尊manifests perfect enlightenment in the future, may I become an excellent retinue and receive prophecy. At that time, may I well uphold all of his Dharma, widely spread the teachings, please Maitreya, and until the essence of Bodhicitta, may I be inseparable and quickly attain enlightenment. Thus, this explanation of Maitreya's aspiration, called the Excellent Path to Tushita, was composed with faith by the Shakya monk named Drakpa Shedrup at the age of seventy in Chone Monastery, and the scribe was Da'i Lalung Lobsang Dondrup.
