Since he believes that there is no afterlife other than this body, according to his own view, since the senses have not directly seen going to the afterlife after death, he believes that there is no afterlife, and this is his own sect's way of using emptiness to eliminate the extreme of existence. But in general, emptiness cannot eliminate the extreme of existence, because although the senses have not directly seen the afterlife, the afterlife exists. This is because the Lokayata's knowledge of cause and effect is reversed and confused, so they deny the afterlife. The Madhyamakavatara says, "When denying the afterlife, one's own nature of knowledge is viewed in a reversed way, and it should be understood." Therefore, like the two extremes of samsara and nirvana, they exist, but the two extremes of permanence and annihilation do not exist, because all dharmas are empty in nature, but exist in name, so they are separated from the two extremes of permanence and annihilation. This is not contradictory to falling into extremes, because this is in terms of the way the mind grasps the two extremes. The object of clinging to true existence is called the extreme of permanence, which is just a fabricated extreme. Although its object of clinging is called true existence or self and nature, there is actually no true existence. Just as the Lamrim Chenmo says, "The object that it grasps, that is, the way each dharma abides, should be identified as self or nature through the way of fabricating an extreme." Therefore, the meaning of the saying "Saying existence is the view of permanence, saying non-existence is the view of annihilation" is that clinging to things as inherently established is clinging to the extreme of permanence, while thinking that there is no karma and result is clinging to the extreme of annihilation, not just clinging to existence or non-existence. Then, regarding the characteristics of the Prasangika, that appearance eliminates the extreme of existence, and emptiness eliminates the extreme of non-existence, etc., there are also two types: common and uncommon. First, this situation and the Three Principal Aspects of the Path, appearance eliminates the extreme of existence, emptiness eliminates the extreme of non-existence, and if one knows how emptiness becomes the cause and effect, one will not be robbed by extreme views. These two seem to have the same meaning. Some scholars think this way about this method

Thus it is said, these are made in accordance with the tenets of the Prasangika school. In general, all four tenet systems eliminate both the extreme of existence and the extreme of non-existence through emptiness, and appearance also has a way of eliminating both of those extremes of existence and non-existence. This is because, in this way, each of the four tenet systems believes that action is justified by emptiness of the object of negation identified by each of them, and for the reason that action is justified, they believe that it is possible to infer certainty about the object of negation and emptiness. For example, the two schools of Realists believe that action such as self, action, and result is justified by the selflessness that is empty of a self that is different from the aggregates. The Mind-Only school believes that action is justified by emptiness of apprehended external objects, and both that and the Svatantrika school believe that action of cause and effect is also justified by emptiness of independently existing substance and by selflessness of phenomena, and they believe that each appearance and emptiness can eliminate the two extremes. For example, the two schools of Realists believe that action of persons, etc., is justified by emptiness of the self of persons, and emptiness eliminates the extreme of non-existence. Although there is no establishment of a self of persons, appearance eliminates the extreme of existence because certainty is gained in the way of imputing a self to the continuum of aggregates. The Mind-Only school believes that action is justified by emptiness of external objects such as form, so emptiness eliminates the extreme of non-existence, and appearance eliminates the extreme of existence because it appears that the apprehended and the apprehender are far apart, except for the mere appearance as external objects. Both Madhyamaka schools also believe that form, etc., and action are justified by emptiness of truth, so emptiness eliminates the extreme of non-existence, and because it is dependent arising, it refutes true establishment, so appearance is able to eliminate the extreme of existence, and they believe that it can also eliminate it in reverse, so for the time being, that's it. Although the Prasangika school believes that the Svatantrika school and below have fallen into the two extremes, those schools do not believe that they have fallen into the two extremes, because each school believes that it has a view that is free from the two extremes, because all of those schools accept the four seals of the view. The way in which the Prasangika school's unique appearance prevents the extreme of annihilation and emptiness prevents the extreme of existence is: In the Collected Works of Je Rinpoche, it says, "By gaining certainty about the infallibility of dependent arising, the extreme of annihilation is prevented, and by characteristics
