Whatever obscurations have been accumulated in the past, along with their imprints, may they be thoroughly purified. Please swiftly grant the bliss of existence and liberation, and the great bliss of accomplishment. Having prayed thus, light radiates from the hearts of the deities of the mandala, summoning many deceased beings, drawing out all their suffering, sins, and faults, and dissolving them into the corpse and the cremation substances, becoming non-dual. In brief, this is sufficient. In detail, with the mudra of invoking downfalls, recite: Oṃ sarva apāya ākarṣaya viśodhana vajra samaya hūṃ phaṭ. (藏文，梵文天城体：ओँ सर्व अपाय आकर्षय विशोधन वज्र समय हूँ फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva apāya ākarṣaya viśodhana vajra samaya hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Om, all, lower realms, attract, purify, vajra, samaya, hum, phat.) The three lower realms and the deceased are summoned to the front. With the mudra of sovereign desire, recite: Oṃ śodhani śodhani sarva pāpam ānaya hūṃ phaṭ. (藏文，梵文天城体：ओँ शोधनि शोधनि सर्व पापम् आनय हूँ फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ śodhani śodhani sarva pāpam ānaya hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Om, purify, purify, all, sins, bring, hum, phat.) Make the vajra binding mudra and make the sound, do this three times. Visualize that all the sins and obscurations of the deceased are shattered and dissolve into the corpse and the cremation substances, becoming non-dual. Then, the offering of the corpse: To the Victorious Ones, the five families, I offer the corpse of the deceased. May the wisdom fire purify all the obscurations of the corpse. To the Victorious Goddesses, the four elements, I offer the four elements of the deceased. May the wisdom fire purify the obscurations of the four elements. To the Victorious Bodhisattvas, the six faculties, I offer the six faculties of the deceased. May the wisdom fire purify the obscurations of the six faculties. To the Victorious Bodhisattva Mothers, the four objects, I offer the objects of the deceased. May the wisdom fire purify the obscurations of the objects. To the Victorious Ones, the three kayas, I offer the three doors of the deceased. May the wisdom fire purify the obscurations of the three doors. Recite thus. Then, after reciting "The Yama sticks are the Bodhi tree," and so on, offer the cremation substances in order. The method of offering is to offer the main father and mother together, and the others in groups or all at once, repeating the words as before. After the offering is complete, starting from "The hearts of the deities," the deceased, abiding on the lunar disc, is bathed, and all sins and suffering are purified, and the deceased transforms from Hūṃ into white Vajrasattva, one face, two arms, clear and transparent, the nature of light.

May it become complete. In the precious and glorious field of the Three Jewels. Starting from "...". Mahasukhavati gacchantu svaha. (藏文：མ་ཧཱ་སུ་ཁ་བ་ཏི་གཙྪ་ནྟུ་སྭཱཧཱ།，梵文天城体：महासुखावती गच्छन्तु स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：mahāsukhāvatī gacchantu svāhā，汉语字面意思：往生极乐世界梭哈。) Recite and contemplate that the consciousness of the deceased merges inseparably with the wisdom deity and goes to Sukhavati. From now on, immediately enter retreat. And so on, make aspirations. Then, perform the seven water offerings and other remaining rituals. This was conveniently arranged by someone named Shedrup for the benefit of one or two others. Sarva Mangalam.
