就像kāśya(迦叶)这样的词,念成kāśa ya(迦舍亚)。abhya(无畏),念成abha ya(阿巴亚)。satya(真实),念成sate ya(萨特亚)。bratya(堕落者),念成brate ya(布拉特亚)。vidya(明),念成vide ya(维德亚)。念诵时稍微带一点ya的声音,不要太明显。像satya(真实),vidya(明)这样的词,也可以念成sata te ya(萨塔特亚),vid de ya(维德亚)。tadya tha(即说)和tadyatha(如是)不一样,要念成tad ya tha(塔德亚塔)。bhaiṣajye(药),puṇye(功德),khahyo(吃)这样的词,要念成bhaiṣaja ke(拜萨加给),puṇa ye(布那耶),khada yo(卡达哟)。carya(行),surya(太阳),arya(圣)这样的词,应该分开念,念成cara ya(查拉亚),sura ya(苏拉亚),ara ya(阿拉亚)。但是,按照“ka、kha的ya字头,按照藏语念诵”的说法,像śākya(释迦),saṃkhya(数)这样的词,要按照藏语来念诵。像yakṣa(夜叉),śākya(释迦),cakra(轮)这样的词,要念成yak ṣa(亚卡啥),śāk kya(夏卡恰),cak kra(查卡恰),据说要像两个音节一样念诵。wa字头的字,大多是na ro,念诵时要稍微带一点wa的声音。就像sattva(有情)这样的词,念成sad to wa'i(萨德托瓦伊),据说sad to wa(萨托瓦)是泥泞的。svami(自在),念成sava mi(萨瓦米)。aśvara(自在),念成aśavara(阿夏瓦拉)。其他不同的有:tve no pa(特维诺巴),念成ta ve na u pa(塔维那乌巴)。dve ṣa ra ti(德维沙拉提),念成da ve ṣa ra ti(达维沙拉提)。像śvara dvati的儿子这样的词,要说成śā rada vāti'i bu(夏拉达瓦提的儿子),不能念成do,不能念成na ro。ra字头的字,大多和藏语一样。虽然是这样,像vajra(金刚)这样的词,要念成abad tsar(阿巴匝尔)。但是,也有人说是念成abajar(阿巴加尔)。像buddhādhiṣṭhāna(佛加持)这样的词,念成buddha ādhiṣṭhāna(布达阿迪什塔那)。同样地,tānta kara(坦塔嘎拉),念成ta ānta kara(塔安塔嘎拉)。vajrodghaṭa(金刚涌出),念成vajra udghaṭa(瓦吉拉乌德嘎塔)。pūjo pasthāna(供养处),念成pūja upasthāna(普加乌帕斯塔那)。jaṭodkaṭa(发髻高耸),念成jaṭa udkaṭa(加塔乌德卡塔)。prajñopa(般若波),念成prajñā upa(般若乌帕)。tathāgatoshṇīṣa(如来顶髻),念成tatha āgata uṣṇīṣa(塔塔阿嘎塔乌什尼沙)。padmoshṇīṣa(莲花顶髻),念成padma uṣṇīṣa(帕德玛乌什尼沙)。像这样念诵,按照习惯来说也没有错,但是,有些人念成tatha gato uṣṇīṣa(塔塔嘎托乌什尼沙),padmo uṣṇīṣa(帕德莫乌什尼沙)是不正确的。断音是指用强烈的断音来念诵。

It is said. In short, stacking different clarifiers: ཐླྷིཾ། (Tibetan), ཐ་ལིང་། (Sanskrit Devanagari), tha ling (Sanskrit Romanization), Ta Lin (Chinese literal meaning). ཀླཻ། (Tibetan), ཀ་ལེའི། (Sanskrit Devanagari), ka le'i (Sanskrit Romanization), Ga Lieyi (Chinese literal meaning). ཀླ། (Tibetan), ཀ་མ་པ། (Sanskrit Devanagari), ka ma pa (Sanskrit Romanization), Ga Maba (Chinese literal meaning). ཡྻཱུཾ། (Tibetan), ཡ་མ་ཡུང་། (Sanskrit Devanagari), ya ma yung (Sanskrit Romanization), Ya Ma Yong (Chinese literal meaning). ཀྵྨུཾ། (Tibetan), ཀྵ་མ་ར་ཡུང་། (Sanskrit Devanagari), sha ma ra yung (Sanskrit Romanization), Sha Ma Ra Yong (Chinese literal meaning). ཧ་ཀྵ་མ་ལ་ཝ་ར་ཡང་། It should be recited quickly until one's own sound comes out. As it is said: Whether stacked many or few, those that cannot be pronounced as one, should be separated, each emitting its own sound, and recited at a speed that is just remembered. So it is said. Most ya-headed letters are upright, and should be read with a slight ya sound. Like kāśya, it is read as kāśa ya. abhya is read as abha ya. satya is read as sate ya. bratya is read as brate ya. vidya is read as vide ya. Recite with a slight ya sound, not too clearly. Like satya, vidya, it can also be read as sata te ya, vid de ya. tadya tha is different from tadyatha, it should be read as tad ya tha. bhaiṣajye, puṇye, khahyo, should be read as bhaiṣaja ke, puṇa ye, khada yo. carya, surya, arya, should be separated and read as cara ya, sura ya, ara ya. However, according to the saying "ka, kha's ya-headed letters, read as Tibetan", śākya, saṃkhya, should be read as Tibetan. Like yakṣa, śākya, cakra, it should be read as yak ṣa, śāk kya, cak kra, it is said to be read like two syllables. Most wa-headed letters are na ro, and should be read with a slight wa sound. Like sattva, it is read as sad to wa'i, it is said that sad to wa is muddy. svami is read as sava mi. aśvara is read as aśavara. Others that are different are: tve no pa, read as ta ve na u pa. dve ṣa ra ti, read as da ve ṣa ra ti. Like the son of śvara dvati, it should be said as śā rada vāti'i bu, not do, not na ro. Most ra-headed letters are the same as Tibetan. Although this is the case, vajra should be read as abad tsar. However, some say it should be read as abajar. Like buddhādhiṣṭhāna, read as buddha ādhiṣṭhāna. Similarly, tānta kara, read as ta ānta kara. vajrodghaṭa, read as vajra udghaṭa. pūjo pasthāna, read as pūja upasthāna. jaṭodkaṭa, read as jaṭa udkaṭa. prajñopa, read as prajñā upa. tathāgatoshṇīṣa, read as tatha āgata uṣṇīṣa. padmoshṇīṣa, read as padma uṣṇīṣa. Reciting like this, according to custom, is not wrong, but some people read it as tatha gato uṣṇīṣa, padmo uṣṇīṣa, which is incorrect. Interruption refers to reading with a strong interruption.

English
For example, ཀཿ is read as ཀ་ཨ་, ག་ཧ་. For words like བུདྡྷ་ཡ་ན་མཿ, each syllable should be read separately. However, the pronunciation of the group of letters ཤ་ཥ་ས་ should be read as ས་. For example, ན་མཿཤཱཀྱ་ཡེ, ན་མཿཥདྷ, ན་མཿསརྦ་, are read as ནམས་. The two guttural sounds ྈྐ་ྈྑ་ are read as ཨ་ཀ་ or ཀོ་ཝ་ཁོ་ཝ་. The two labial sounds ྉྤ་ྉྥ་ are read as ཨ་བ་ or པོ་ཝ་ཕོ་ཝ་. Regarding the subsequent nasal sounds or head sounds: Subsequent nasal sounds, in their respective groups, are read as the fifth letter of that group. ཡ་ and the other eight letters are read as ང་. Alternatively, they are combined with the consonants of the five groups of letters. When there is a syllable separator, the letter itself is taken as the standard. When there is no separator, the following letter is taken as the standard. As it is said, when there is a syllable separator after each letter, the letter itself dominates. The head sound of the ཀ་ group is read as ང་, the ཙ་ group as ཉ, the ཊ་ group as ཎ, the ཏ་ group as ན, and the ས་ group as མ. ཡ་ར་ལ་ཝ་ and the others are read with their own sounds. When there is no syllable separator after the letter itself and they are connected, the following letter dominates. When any of the five groups of letters appear after the letter itself, they must be read as the fifth letter of that group, i.e., ང་ཉ་ etc. For example, སཾ་ག་ཏེ, སཾ་ཙ་ར་ཏེ, སཾ་ཋ་ཀུ་ར, སཾ་དྷཱ་ར་ཎི, སཾ་བྷཱ་ར་ etc., are read as སདྒ་ཏེ, སཉྩ་ར་ཏ, སཎྛ་ཀུ་ཏ, སནྡྷཱ་ར་ཎི, སམྦཱ་ར་ respectively. For the eight letters ཡ་ etc., ཨི་དྀ་ཡཀྵ་ཨི་དཾ་ར ཀྵ, ཨི་དཾ་ལཱ་སྱ, ཨི་དཾ་ཝཱ་དྱ, ཨི་དཾ་ཤཔྡ, ཨི་དཾ་ཥཥྛི, ཨི་དཾ་ས་ཧ་སྲ, ཨི་དཾ་ཧེ་རུ་ etc., are read as ཨི་དང་. For example, ཨི་དཾ་བ་ལྀ་ཏ་, is read as ཨི་དམ་, because བ་ and མ་ belong to the same group of letters. Some translators say that ༀ་ and ཧཱུཾ་ are མ་ and ང་ respectively, and do not depend on the combination of words. That is to say, the head sound of ༀ་ is read as མ་, and ཧཱུཾ་ is read as ང་. Some say that ཧཱུཾ་ should also be read as མ་, and it is not appropriate to read it as ང་. If they are the seed syllables of one's own tradition, they are read as མ་, otherwise they are read as མ་ etc. according to the situation. This is just an example, and the details need to be learned from the treatises on statements. If mantras are not read correctly, it is said that there will be great faults, so one should strive to learn how to read mantras. However, since Tibetans do not understand the languages of India, even if they cannot read mantras correctly like Indians, if they pretend to be able to read mantras without studying a little, the content they read will be incorrect, so it is difficult to obtain good results. Sakya Pandita said, Tibetan
