The order of practice and the method of performing the seven branches, which come from the Lamrim and others. The order of practice and the method of performing the seven branches, which come from the Lamrim and others. The order of practice and the method of performing the seven branches, which come from the Lamrim and others are present. Homage to Guru Manjughosha). The teacher who has perfected abandonment and realization, the complete Buddha, The supreme being, the holy Dharma, The glorious Sangha with wisdom and liberation, I prostrate to the Three Jewels, the refuge. Here, I will speak about some Dharmas that are in accordance with the noble good explanations. Although the number of sentient beings in the three realms is vast, it is rare to obtain a body in the happy realms. Especially rare is the human body with all the leisures and endowments, like a wish-fulfilling jewel. It is rare to encounter the teachings of the Buddha. It is rare to hear, contemplate, and meditate on the holy Dharma. It is rare to practice and experience it. It is rare to cross beyond the ocean of samsara. Therefore, it is rare to attain Buddhahood. Therefore, although there are many people who engage in seeking only the happiness of this life, for the sake of food and clothing, those who engage for the sake of lasting happiness and enlightenment are like stars in the daytime. Whatever effort is made for the sake of attaining enlightenment in the future is the best of purposes. Running around only for the sake of food is like livestock with human bodies. Don't we see that even foolish livestock engage in effort for the sake of food? Therefore, those who desire liberation should think and act like this: From the sutras, tantras, and commentaries, constantly relying on a virtuous friend who possesses the qualities is extremely important, as it is said to be the root of all good things in this and future lives. Therefore, one should rely on a spiritual friend from the very beginning with both thought and action. At that time, what is the need to say much here about the Fifty Verses on the Guru? Do whatever pleases the guru. Abandon all that displeases the guru. Strive to examine this and that. In the scriptures of those who follow the accomplished teacher, it is said to be the nature of Vajradhara. Knowing this, make the guru completely happy with all things. Never disturb the mind of the teachers at any time. If it is done out of ignorance, you will surely be tormented in hell. Whatever terrifying hells are taught, where the sufferings of hell are described, those who slander the teachers will surely dwell there.

It is said. And in the commentary on the Difficult Points of the Black Enemy, it says: "If one only hears one verse, and does not regard the one who speaks it as a lama, one will take a hundred births as a dog, and will be born as a leper." Thus, one should adopt and abandon according to its meaning. Then, this leisure and fortune, which is very difficult to find and, if found, is of great importance, is seen as rare as a wish-fulfilling jewel, and one strives to take its essence. Separated from the three lower realms and remote lands, incomplete faculties, those with wrong views, those without the Buddha's teachings, and long-lived gods, these eight unfavorable conditions, are called the eight freedoms. Being a human, born in the central land, having complete faculties, not having reversed one's karma, having faith in the Dharma, the Buddhas appear and teach the sacred Dharma, the teachings remain and one follows them, cherishing love for others, these ten endowments. This basis, complete with eight freedoms and ten endowments, is difficult to find in terms of cause and effect, nature, and example, as the Victorious Ones have said, what need is there to mention it? In general, even just the basis of a happy rebirth, in order to obtain it, white Dharma must precede it, virtue is the cause of benefit and happiness, because there is nothing else. Having found such leisure, if one does not strive for virtue, there is no other deception than that, and there is no other ignorance than that, it is said. Most people hold on to things that are not sacred, therefore, most ordinary people will surely go to the lower realms. Therefore, do whatever you can, abandon evil and do good. To that end, first, the way of impermanence, thinking about it is extremely important. That is also surely death, there is no certainty when one will die, and at the time of death, other than the Dharma, thinking that nothing else can help. Taken by the power of karma and afflictions, no matter what kind of body it is, it is certain that death is its nature. No matter where one lives, there is no one who can stop death. For example, like a stone thrown into the sky by a child, it will fall. Or like the shadow of the setting sun, the lord of death, the demon, comes closer and closer. That is also when the time comes, all medicines and so on cannot be reversed. Therefore, it is certain that death itself is said in this way from the collection on impermanence. To that, what confidence or warmth of life is there in saying that this person is young? Some will die in the womb, likewise, some at the place of birth, likewise, some when they are crawling, likewise, some when they are running around, some when they are old and
