འི་སེམས་ཅན་གང་དག་ལོག་པར་ལྟ་བ་ཅན་ནས་ཆོ་ག་ཤེས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་པའི་བར་གྱིས་ཆོས་སྒྲགས་རྒྱ་མཚོ་དང་། བདག་ཅག་ལ་སོགས་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་གང་དག་ཞིང་ལས་དང་ནས་བདེ་བ་མྱོང་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་པའི་བར་གྱིས་ཆོས་རྒྱ་མཚོ་དང་། བདག་ཅག་ལ་སོགས་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་སྐྱེས་བུ་ཆེན་པོ་ནས་བདེ་བ་ལ་གནས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་པའི་བར་གྱིས་སྨན་བླའི་སྨོན་ལམ་རྣམས་བརྗོད་ནས་མཐར་ཐུན་མོང་དུ། འདི་ནས་ཤི་འཕོས་ནས་ཀྱང་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་དེ་དག་ཏུ་པདྨའི་སྙིང་པོའི་སེང་གེའི་ཁྲི་ལ་རྫུས་ཏེ་སྐྱེས་པ་གྱུར་ཅིག་ནས། སྟོན་པ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་མཆེད་བདུན་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ནས་འཇུག་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །བཅོམ་ལྡན་བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པ་མཆེད་བདུན་གྱིས། །སྔོན་ཚེ་སྨོན་ལམ་རྣམ་མང་བཏབ་པའི་འབྲས། ནས་ཁྱད་མ་བདག་ཅག་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་གཙོ་བྱས་པའི། །ཞེས་པའམ། ཚེ་འདས་སམ། དམིགས་ཡུལ་ལམ། འགྲོ་འདིས་ཞེས་ཅི་རིགས་པར་སྒྱུར། འགྲོ་རྣམས་ནས་ཐོབ་བྱིན་རློབས། །དེ་ནས་འདོད་ན་གྷུ་མེ་གྷུ་སོགས་གཟུངས་རིང་ཐུང་ཅི་རིགས་བཟླ་ཞིང་མཇུག་བསྡུ་བར་བྱའོ། །འདི་ནི་ཚོགས་ཞིང་ཡིན་གྱི་ཆོ་ག་དངོས་མ་ཡིན་པས་བཟོད་གསོ་བ་དང་གཤེགས་གསོལ་སོགས་དགོས་པ་མིན་ནའང་། བྱེད་པར་འདོད་ན་མ་རྙེད་སོགས་ཀྱིས་བཟོད་གསོལ་དང་རྟེན་ཡོད་ན་བདག་དང་འགྲོ་ལ་སོགས་ཀྱིས་བརྟན་བཞུགས་དང་། མེད་ན་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་སེམས་ཅན་སོགས་གཤེགས་གསོལ་དང་བསྔོ་སྨོན་ཤིས་བརྗོད་ཅི་རིགས་བྱའོ། །སྨན་བླ་རྒྱས་པ་མ་ལྕོགས་བདག་གམ་གཞན་གྱིས་ཀྱང་རྒྱུན་པའི་ཁ་ཏོན་ནམ་ཚེ་ལྡན་དང་ཚེ་འདས་གང་གི་དོན་དུ་དམིགས་ཏེ་འདི་བཞིན་དུ་བྱས་ན་མདོའི་དགོངས་པ་དང་འབྲེལ་ཞིང་ཤིན་ཏུ་ལེགས་པ་ཁོ་བོས་རིགས་པས་ལེགས་པར་རྟོགས་སོ། །ཞེས་སྨན་བླའི་མདོ་ཆོག་རྒྱས་པའི་སྙིང་པོ་ཉམས་སུ་ལེན་ཚུལ་ཡང་སྙིང་ཉུང་ངུ་རྣམ་གསལ་ཁྱེར་བདེ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་འདི་ཡང་། ཤཱཀྱའི་དགེ་སློང་བཤད་སྒྲུབ་མིང་ཅན་གྱིས་གཞན་འགའ་ལ་ཕན་སྲིད་པར་བསམས་ནས་སྦྱར་བའོ། །བཀྲ་ཤིས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག། །། མདོ་ཆོག་ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་བུའི་ལྷན་ཐབས་རིན་ཆེན་བུམ་བཟང་།

从那些具有邪见的众生，直到能够了解仪轨，这是“法音海”。我们等众生，从田地劳作直到享受安乐，这是“法海”。我们等一切众生，从大丈夫直到安住于安乐，这是念诵药师佛的祈愿文，最后共同祈愿：从这里去世之后，也能在那些佛土中，于莲花心之狮子座上化生。祈愿导师如来七佛等十方一切诸佛都来加持。世尊善逝七佛，往昔所发多种祈愿之果，乃至特别是我等为主的，或者说是已故者，或者说是目标，或者说是以此行者，应根据情况而改变。从行者处获得加持。之后如果愿意，可以念诵咕美咕等长短不一的陀罗尼，并作结尾。这只是会供坛城，不是真正的仪轨，所以不需要忏悔和送神等。如果想做，可以用“未得”等语作忏悔，如果有本尊像，可以用“我和众生”等语作坚住祈请，如果没有，可以用“您以众生”等语作送神，并作相应的回向、祈愿和吉祥祝愿。如果无法完成广大的药师佛仪轨，自己或他人也可以为了常诵，或者为了在世者或已故者而如此行持，这与经典的意旨相关联，而且非常好，我以理智完全理解了。名为释迦比丘讲修者，为了可能利益他人而撰写了这部名为“药师佛经仪轨广大的精要修持法，亦名精要简明易持”。吉祥如意！《经仪轨如意宝之辅助珍宝妙瓶》。

From those sentient beings with wrong views, until they are able to understand the ritual, this is the "Ocean of Dharma Sound." May we and other sentient beings, from working in the fields until experiencing happiness, this is the "Ocean of Dharma." May we and all sentient beings, from the great person until abiding in happiness, these are the prayers of the Medicine Buddha, and finally, the common prayer: After passing away from here, may we be born in those Buddha lands, miraculously born on a lion throne in the heart of a lotus. May the teacher, the Thus-Gone-Ones, the Seven Buddhas, and all the Buddhas of the ten directions bestow their blessings. The Blessed, Well-Gone Seven Buddhas, the results of the many prayers made in the past, and especially those led by us, or for the deceased, or for the target, or for this practitioner, should be changed accordingly. May blessings be received from the practitioners. Then, if desired, one can recite the long or short dharanis such as "Ghu Me Ghu," and conclude. This is just a gathering field, not a real ritual, so there is no need for confession or sending away the deities. If you want to do it, you can use "Undobtained" etc. to make confession, and if there is a statue of the deity, you can use "Me and sentient beings" etc. to make a stable prayer, and if not, you can use "You with sentient beings" etc. to make a sending away of the deities, and make corresponding dedication, prayer and auspicious wishes. If one cannot complete the extensive Medicine Buddha ritual, oneself or others can also do this for the sake of constant recitation, or for the sake of the living or the dead, which is related to the meaning of the scriptures, and it is very good, I fully understand with reason. The Shakya monk named Lecturer and Practitioner wrote this "Extensive Essence Practice Method of the Medicine Buddha Sutra Ritual, also named Essence Concise and Easy to Hold" in order to possibly benefit others. May it be auspicious! "The Precious Vase of the Auxiliary Jewel of the Sutra Ritual Wish-Fulfilling Gem."
