中间的意念。之后，让学生们沐浴，然后供养丰简适宜的曼荼罗。遍知一切的智慧聚身者，彻底摧毁轮回之轮者，今天所说的珍宝之藏，主尊请赐予我恩德。如此念诵三遍祈请。讲述总摄三士道要点的观修次第，以及如何分别讲述各自的法。如果愿意，可以讲述此教言的历史和功德，并生起欢喜心。之后，观想前方虚空中安住着一切诸佛菩萨，以皈依和忏悔罪业作为前行，传达必须受持菩萨戒的指示后，念诵“我皈依三宝”等四句三遍，让学生们跟随复诵。之后，指示曼荼罗：观想此地也如极乐世界一般清净，此长寿宝瓶，外观是宝瓶，内里是四方形的本尊宫殿等，具备一切特征，中央是红色的长寿佛等等，按照显现和证悟相符的方式，丰简适宜地指示。之后，净化学生们。从空性中，莲花和月轮座上，从啥（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：种子字）中，学生们或者每一位都观想为红色的长寿佛等等，如前一样生起。并且生起视上师为真实的长寿佛的定解，然后根据人数的多少，在学生的头顶上是白色的嗡（藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），喉咙是红色的啊（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊），心间是蓝色的吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ྄，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字，以此加持三处。之后是灌顶，依靠长寿宝瓶、长寿酒和长寿丸来进行灌顶和增寿，共有四种。第一种里有：勾摄元气，恢复衰损，融入寿命三种。第一种是：前方长寿佛手中的宝瓶内的啥（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：种子字）字和咒鬘放出光芒，你们的寿命被非人偷走和抢夺以及耗损的一切，都勾摄到宝瓶和嘎巴拉中充满甘露的状态，融入前方长寿佛的身躯部分和手中的宝瓶内的咒鬘中。从中降下甘露之流，从你们的头顶进入，充满身体的内部。

If desired, tell the history and greatness of this instruction and generate joy. Then, visualize all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing in the sky in front, and after giving the instruction that one must take the Bodhisattva vows with refuge and confession of sins as preliminaries, recite "I take refuge in the Three Jewels" etc., four lines three times, and have the students repeat after you. Then, instruct the mandala: Visualize this place as a pure land like Sukhavati, and this longevity vase, the outer vase, the inner deity's square palace, etc., possessing all the characteristics, in the center is the red Amitayus Buddha, etc., in accordance with the manifestation and realization, instruct in varying lengths. From emptiness, on a lotus and moon seat, from Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable), visualize the students or each one as the red Amitayus Buddha, etc., as before. And generate the conviction that the Lama is the actual Amitayus, and then, according to the number of people, on the students' heads is the white Om (藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om), on the throat is the red Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah), and in the heart is the blue Hum (藏文：ཧཱུཾ྄，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum), thus blessing the three places. Then, for the empowerment, there are four types of empowerment and life extension based on the longevity vase, longevity alcohol, and longevity pills. The first one includes: attracting vitality, restoring decline, and absorbing life. Being filled with light, life increases, and all deteriorations are restored. Generate the aspiration to attain the deathless life of a vidyadhara.
