内威dei(藏文,梵文天城体,naivedye,梵文罗马拟音,naivedye,汉语字面意思)。夏布达阿吽(藏文,梵文天城体,śapta āḥ hūṃ,梵文罗马拟音,śapta āḥ hūṃ,汉语字面意思)加持。然后以寿命宝瓶班玛呢达革热达吽啪(藏文,梵文天城体,padmānta kṛta hūṃ phaṭ,梵文罗马拟音,padmānta kṛta hūṃ phaṭ,汉语字面意思)清净,以梭巴瓦清净,寿命宝瓶不可思议空

Speaking, after making amends with a concise collection of praises and offerings, and things not obtained, etc., pray and request the Bhagavan to grant me and the benefactor life and all merits without exception. Here, make the residence stable with supports, etc., and make general auspicious pronouncements, as well as auspiciousness combined with the six perfections. If you wish to offer a torma, then after blessing the end of the above hundred-syllable mantra, it can be offered with Akaro (Tibetan, Devanagari, akaro, literal Chinese meaning) or Om Aparimita (Tibetan, Devanagari, oṃ aparimita, Romanized Sanskrit, Om, Immeasurable). If you wish to give a torma to the earth-deity, offer it as usual. In this case, if you practice by dividing it into portions, it will become perfect, but even if you don't divide it, it will not become deficient, do whatever is convenient. Do it for one day, three days, or seven days, etc., and at the end, together with the praise and hundred-syllable mantra, finally make amends and prayers, then visualize the deities dissolving into light and becoming pills, and make the residence stable and auspicious pronouncements. Practicing in this way is done according to the extensive method. If you condense it, then visualize that on top of the pills in the vase, there is Hrih (Tibetan, Devanagari, hrīḥ, Romanized Sanskrit, hrīḥ, literal Chinese meaning) residing on a moon cushion, and from the Hrih (Tibetan, Devanagari, hrīḥ, Romanized Sanskrit, hrīḥ, literal Chinese meaning) in your heart, rays of light emanate, gathering the essences of the world and beyond, and dissolving into it. It is said that reciting the mantra is also permissible. The benefits of eating the pills practiced in this way will be explained. Secondly, regarding empowerment to others, there are two types: self-generation and other-generation. First, as before, generate the self-generation deity and recite mantras, etc., beforehand. Second, at the time of the other-generation deity, the life vase is in the center, the life wine is on the right, the life pills are on the left, surrounded by offerings and tormas. Purify the offerings with Om Padma Nata Krita Hum Phat (Tibetan, Devanagari, oṃ padma nata kṛta hūṃ phaṭ, Romanized Sanskrit, oṃ padma nata kṛta hūṃ phaṭ, literal Chinese meaning), purify with Svabhava. From emptiness, from Ah (Tibetan, Devanagari, āḥ, Romanized Sanskrit, āḥ, literal Chinese meaning), arise vast and spacious skull-cups, in which the first letter of each name is adorned with a bindu, and from the melting arise offering water, foot-washing water, flowers, incense, lamps, perfume, food, musical instruments, etc., whose nature is bliss-emptiness, acting as offering substances, whose function is the realm of the six senses, generating extraordinary uncontaminated bliss. Om Argham Ah Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari, oṃ arghaṃ āḥ hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, oṃ arghaṃ āḥ hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning). Similarly, Padyam (Tibetan, Devanagari, pādyaṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, pādyaṃ, literal Chinese meaning). Pushpe (Tibetan, Devanagari, puṣpe, Romanized Sanskrit, puṣpe, literal Chinese meaning). Dhupe (Tibetan, Devanagari, dhūpe, Romanized Sanskrit, dhūpe, literal Chinese meaning). Aloke (Tibetan, Devanagari, aloke, Romanized Sanskrit, aloke, literal Chinese meaning). Gandhe (Tibetan, Devanagari, gandhe, Romanized Sanskrit, gandhe, literal Chinese meaning). Naivedye (Tibetan, Devanagari, naivedye, Romanized Sanskrit, naivedye, literal Chinese meaning). Shapta Ah Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari, śapta āḥ hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, śapta āḥ hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning) bless. Then purify the life vase with Padmanta Krita Hum Phat (Tibetan, Devanagari, padmānta kṛta hūṃ phaṭ, Romanized Sanskrit, padmānta kṛta hūṃ phaṭ, literal Chinese meaning), purify with Svabhava, the life vase is inconceivable emptiness.

It becomes that very state. From emptiness, from BHRUM (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning), a long-life vase arises, the outer vase red, with a large belly, a long neck, and drooping lips, possessing all characteristics. Inside is a four-sided complete palace of the deity, with four doors and four steps, in the center of which is a vajra fence with a mountain of fire. As it is said, "Here, on a precious throne supported by peacocks." Or, in its center, from PAM (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning) arises a lotus, and from AH (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning) a moon disc. Omit from "self" to the offering and praise. During recitation, visualize attracting the increasing and scattering life force of the disciples. Recite the long and short dharanis as much as possible, and finally recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Then, purify the torma. From emptiness, from YAM (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning) arises wind, from RAM (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning) arises fire, from AH (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning) arises a tripod of three human heads, and on top of that, from AH (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning) arises a wide and vast skull cup, filled with the five meats and five amritas. On top of that are OM AH HUM (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning). The wind below stirs, the fire burns, and the substances melt, radiating light from the three syllables, invoking the amrita residing in the ocean, and the wisdom amrita from the hearts of all the Tathagatas, which dissolves into the three syllables. Visualize them melting and dissolving into the amrita in the skull cup, thereby becoming blessed. Recite OM AH HUM (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning) three times. This is the concise method, but it can also be done in detail if desired. Then, visualize the tongue of the Bhagavan as a tube of light, drawing in all the essence of the torma and enjoying it. Offer with AKARO (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning) or by adding IDAM BALIMTA (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning) three times after the name. Praise with praises of varying lengths. Pray that the Bhagavan grants me and my disciples all siddhis, such as long life and merit. Pray in this way. Bless the long-life alcohol like an inner offering. Purify the long-life pills. From emptiness, the long-life pills become pills made from various medicines. Visualize light radiating from the HRIH (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning) in your heart, gathering all the essence of the mundane and supramundane realms, and dissolving into the long-life pills. Recite the three syllables and the long and short dharanis aimed at both. In times of urgency, it is not contradictory to generate the self-generation deity in an instant. In practice, it seems that there are cases where the vase is made of tsampa, but unless it is generated like a vase, it is also acceptable to use a real vase when generating the deity inside the vase.
