观想自身为五部佛的自性，以供养对此生起大乐，并如内火供般享用。在所有座间行持中，也不要离开本尊的慢心。睡眠时，如前之摄略观想般，吽字的阿为哈，哈的身为头，其为月亮，其为明点，其为那达，观想那达也变得不可见而入睡。醒来时，观想由四位心髓瑜伽母以歌声催促，起身为嘿汝嘎父母之身。沐浴时，如灌顶增上的阶段之观想般，观想诸佛母为自己沐浴。说：瑜伽自在成就大德持铃者，如其所愿吉祥胜乐五尊神，第一阶段的修持易于掌握，心想或许能利益具信者而书写。由此所获之善聚，愿我于此生及未来生世中，恒常蒙受嘿汝嘎与至尊瑜伽母，欢喜不离地摄受。此乃 शाक्य（释迦）之比丘名为开慧闻思者，在此五尊神之修法中，以至尊根敦嘉措与班禅大师所造二者为基础，虽以前者之见解为基础，然略有删减，并以补充后者之意，于扩简适中之状态下，于卓尼寺撰写。愿以此，如意宝般的胜者教法得以弘扬兴盛，并长久住世。愿一切吉祥！ 五尊神修法，大乐明灯。

Consider yourself to be the nature of the five Buddhas, and with offerings, generate great bliss, enjoying it like an inner fire offering. In all activities between sessions, do not be separated from the pride of the deity. When sleeping, as in the previous condensed visualization, the A of Hūṃ becomes Ha, the body of Ha becomes the head, that becomes the moon, that becomes the bindu, that becomes the nāda, and contemplate that even the nāda becomes invisible and fall asleep. When waking up, imagine being urged by the songs of the four heart-essence yoginis, and arise as the body of Heruka father and mother. At the time of bathing, as in the visualization of the empowerment and increase stage, imagine that the goddesses are bathing you. It is said: The yoga master, the great accomplished one, Drilbupa's, according to his wishes, the five deities of bliss, the first stage of practice is easy to grasp, thinking that it might benefit the faithful, I wrote it. Whatever merits are obtained from this, may I, in this and future lives, always be held by Heruka and the venerable yogini, joyfully and inseparably. This was written by the Shakya monk named Khewu Wensi, based on the two sadhanas of the five deities by Jetsun Gendun Gyatso and Panchen Lama, although based on the former's view, it is slightly condensed, and by supplementing the latter's intention, it was composed in a state of moderate expansion and contraction at Jone Monastery. May this also cause the precious teachings of the Victorious Ones to flourish and spread, and may they remain for a long time. May all be auspicious!
