然后,同样地,从父尊的dhūti(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)中出来的下行气,通过母尊的dhūti(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)进入,点燃位于脐密的拙火,从而融化红色的菩提心,并降至dhūti(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)的下端,由此生起四喜。父尊和母尊的菩提心在dhūti(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)的下端像嘎乌盒一样闭合,心专注于此。

At the point where the lower ends of the dhūtis (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) meet, which I practice between the two lotuses, visualize a red and white single-pointed vajra standing upright. At the tip or center of the vajra, visualize the white and red Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) syllable. Visualize the indestructible bindu in the heart rolling like a ball and dissolving into the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) syllable, as if consciousness is entering into it. Through this practice, in the clear light of the dissolution of breath, combine bliss and emptiness and perform three rounds of mixing during waking hours. Guide the objects of focus during sleep and death to the heart, or visualize them dissolving into light there, transforming into red and white bindus, then guide them to the heart for meditation, and so on, performing six rounds of mixing in total. Although the vajra of the object of focus is the same, it is called the sequence of various vajras because one can accomplish various qualities by relying on it. The second method is: at the eyebrow center, visualize the upper end of the dhūti (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning), at the end like a cut reed, visualize a red and white single-pointed vajra standing upright, half inside the channel and half exposed outside. At the tip of the vajra, visualize the indestructible bindu in the heart rolling upwards, the red part of the bindu becoming a sun disc, and the white part becoming a moon disc. Above them, visualize five clusters of bindus of the five families radiating light, and focus single-pointedly on this, and so on, performing three rounds of mixing during waking hours. The objects of focus during sleep and death are as before, choose one at will, guide it to the heart, and perform the mixing. The third method is: relying on the four mudras, namely the samaya mudra, karma mudra, dharma mudra, and mahamudra. First, on the basis of the clear appearance of the secret places of the father and mother as before, insert one lower end of the dhūti (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) into the other. From the mother's dhūti (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning), a downward-moving wind like the smoke of burning incense emerges, enters the hole of the father's vajra, and through the channel of the dhūti (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning), strikes the tummo at the center of the navel chakra, like a blacksmith igniting coal. The hot and burning, red and clear, soft and flowing light blazes upwards, reaching all the chakras, and descending from the crown of the head to the jewel tip of bodhicitta, thereby sequentially generating the four joys. Then, similarly, the downward-moving wind emerging from the father's dhūti (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) passes through the mother's dhūti (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) and ignites the tummo at the secret navel, thereby melting the red bodhicitta and descending to the lower end of the dhūti (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning), from which the four joys arise. The bodhicitta of the father and mother closes like a gau box at the lower end of the dhūti (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning), and the mind focuses on this.
