Rich in the wealth of the earth, possessing treasures that pervade the limits of the sky. The wise householder said to Norzang: Norzang, I have obtained the merit that arises from the treasury of the mind. Therefore, for the various kinds of countless beings, whatever they desire, all the wealth to be given comes from the realm of the sky. The sky is endless, so the enjoyment to be given will never be exhausted. Norzang, wait a moment, and I will now make it manifest to you. As soon as he said this, from the ten directions, countless and limitless sentient beings, various different races, each seeking food and other necessities, came to beg from him. Then, the wise householder thought for a moment and looked at the sky. In that instant, from the sky came various kinds of food and drink, endowed with rich colors, fragrances, and tastes, including edible, chewable, and lickable foods, as well as clothes, ornaments, fluttering garlands, flowers, incense, powdered perfumes, precious gold, silver, pearls, dwellings, residences, and bedding, medicines, mounts, pack animals, elephants and horses, vehicles, cows, donkeys and mules, buffaloes, goats, sheep, male and female servants, boys, girls, women, umbrellas, banners, flags, and so on, all the things to be given that were desired, appeared in the hands of the wise householder. He satisfied and delighted the crowds of beggars with various things. Then, he taught those people the Dharma that brings benefit and happiness in both the long term and the short term. Therefore, he saw those beings satisfied with Dharma and material wealth. This is the meaning of "possessing auspicious wealth, accomplishing all" in the Praise of Names. Similarly, the Condensed Prajnaparamita Sutra says: Whether it is compounded happiness or uncompounded happiness, know that all these happinesses arise from this. And, all the happiness and Dharma of the Buddhas' sons, Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, gods, and all beings, come from the most supreme Prajnaparamita. Wisdom never diminishes and never increases. This also refers to the great bliss and perfection of Prajnaparamita, which is the equality of Nirvana and the three times. The Ornament of Clear Realization says: Not on this shore, not on the other shore, not dwelling in between, in order to know the equality of all times, it is called Prajnaparamita.

Just as the unchanging supreme truth is the meaning of empowerment in the tantras of skillful means and wisdom, even those who commit the five heinous crimes are embraced by the great bliss of empowerment. As it says in "Stainless Light": 'Those who have committed the five heinous crimes, by what empowerment of bliss, in the tantras of the nature of skillful means and wisdom, will the Victorious One's empowerment be truly embraced?' This very wisdom of unchanging supreme great bliss is the meaning of the four empowerments of the tantras, the four joys and sixteen joys. Among them, the great bliss of the body is the joy of the vase empowerment, where the body's bindu is stable. The great bliss of speech is the supreme joy of the speech empowerment, where the speech's bindu is stable. The great bliss of mind is the special joy of the wisdom-jnana empowerment, where the mind's bindu is stable. The great bliss of desire is the coemergent joy of the fourth empowerment, the "Thusness" empowerment, where the desire's bindu is stable. Each of the four bindus and four joys is divided into four, resulting in sixteen bindus and sixteen joys. These are the sixteen aspects. When any yogi recognizes these sixteen joys of the unchanging supreme great bliss with the wisdom of self-awareness, then he recognizes the sixteen aspects.' This is the meaning. Jetsun Mila said: 'The mind attaining bliss is the empowerment of meaning.' Also, in the "Examining the Two Tantras": 'Empowerment is guided by four, the joys and so on are known in sequence.' Also, in the "Commentary on Praise": 'With definitive meaning, again the word "vase" indicates the breasts, and the bliss that arises from touching them is the vase empowerment. The bliss that arises from the blessing of secret vajra is the secret empowerment. When the two organs are equally engaged, the bliss that is released is the wisdom-jnana empowerment. After the great mudra, the unchanging bliss that arises from desire is the fourth, the "Thusness" empowerment. Thus, by the distinctions of change and change, release and unchangeability, there are four kinds of empowerment. Here, that which performs the empowerment is the empowerment, because it possesses a mind of bliss.' And so on.
